I followed your instruction and removed the console. That "learher" really stuck. It took a lot of effort to remove. When I finally unplugged the connectors, the dash started beeping. I turned the ignition key to on and then off to stop it. It on position, the screen said "Parking brake failure. Go to the dealer."
I reconnected ecedything the way it was to see if the message would go away, but it didnt.
Now its showing me TPMS not calibrated, chdck engine light is on, and the parking brake failure.
The car starts and evem drives.
Any idea how to make those messages go away?
P.s.
One thing that did change is TPMS from failure to Not Callibrated.
I tried callibrating twice, and it didnt take.
Never mind! Everytning started working again! Thanks for the video, It helped!
What was the wiring harness that you got for the unit?
I had mine taken apart to put buttons back together but now sport button doesn't work are tbe 4 buttons on a single plug or individually wired anyway to make sure irs connected?
The side buttons are one plug each side. On each side the 4 buttons are on a circuit board. Your button may be stuck or dirty. You can open them up and try to service them. Also check the radio dash harness to make sur the pins didn't back out or bend. I hope this helps.
We've got an issue with ours when we press cdc to change sound over we just get a fault saying no cd player connected. For some reason we can't get any sound through the car on carplay. Any ideas please
Are you trying to install an iPhone adapter through the CD port?
does anyone know.. what the stereo keycode is?
It is different for each one. You would have to take the serial number off the side of the radio and go to the dealership.
