PROJECT ROBOT PALLETIZING AT SIKA DONG NAI

Hao Phuong's Robot Palletizing project at SIKA's factory, which will be completed in early May 2022, stands out for its non-standard design, which is suitable for factory area conditions.
The system installation area is approximately 200m2, and the factory system must reach a capacity of 900 bags/hour with two lines dedicated to BOPP bags and paper bags and capable of stacking multi-size bags of 20kg, 25kg, 35kg, and 50kg, with 15 pallets of size 1100x1100x120 that can support at least 3000kg and the robot arm to pick up bags weighing up to 50kg. Hao Phuong designed the layout to maximize installation space while ensuring safety and meeting at least 95% of the production time.
