You can do that 3:36 combo in DR accepts for the last RFF 3~4,RFS b+3 but bruce was basically KO'd already so......but i get what your saying though. I kinda like it because everyone has a awesome oki game instead of just a few like Feng. Im still skeptical myself since i have yet to play the game and who knows what will be found over the years. basic combo means like u can do it in any kind of situation. expert combos(act2) are things u can only do it in certain condition
