Some of you guys are having concerns regarding the quality of these products. Like I mentioned in the video, please don't expect some fine silk / georgette / organza from Kreeva. These are occasion wear pieces perfect for 1-2 times wear at special occasions.
My mother always says that "jitna ghee daaloge mithai utni achchi banegi!" This holds true in this context as well. These pieces are in the "affordable" range and give you the worth you paid for in-fact a bit more than you paid for!!!

When informed them about the issue they replied " you should've checked the qual befo ordering" and refused for refund

Its about the outfit you are purchasing.. i myself have brought two outfits from there one was a black sequin lehenga (almost every girl wants that) but it looks so cheap...then I exchanged it and brought the plazzo and crop top set...and it turned out so amazing...so just wanna say some outfits are really worth while some are horrible(material,design is so cheap)....so do not buy anything without seeing their actual material and pictures in influencers videos' and post ( posting thus review acc to my experience)...!!
I know you will give true review but it's kreeva who sends good quality product to youtubers or promoters but cheap quality products to general buyers. Also they do not accept returns.
Prerna di I have listened from most of the people that kreeva waale sirf influencers ko achi quality product dete hai taaki phir kaafi log order kre and phir uske baad unki quality achi naa hone ki wajah se jb woh log return krte hai product toh woh waapis toh le lete hai but refund nhi krte and most of the time toh unke customer care waale call hi pik nhi krte. Di ek baar aap inse kisi or id se order krna products so that they can't identify you and please phir aap share krna review. Because you know ki aapki youtube family sirf aap pr hi trust krti hai or main toh blindly trust krti hun. Lots of love to u di❣️

Hey shweta! This same has happened to me, my mum ordered an organza saree from kreeva after watching a sponsored review video but then the quality was shit and for returning we had to spend on return and they didn't give the refund as well so it's difficult to trust now, however I liked the pieces that prerna di showed but this is the fact that would stop me from buying.

I have seen many reviews where people received very bad quality replica of these dresses from Kreeva whereas the youtuber received the good quality one.
I've been following Prerna's channel for quite some time now. I've loved her style and suggestions from day one. I couldn't help but order from Kreeva after watching this video. But I would like to draw attention to an issue regarding Kreeva. I've ordered a lehanga from the Premium range (as suggested by her as it causes less hassle). However, the Kreeva policy says that you can't return or exchange a premium product. Clearly, it is less hassle as they won't even entertain your complaint. You'll be stuck with the product, like it or dislike it. Please consider these things before buying. I legit wasted 3.5k on a lehenga which I can't wear anywhere. Yes, a 'PREMIUM' product was that bad.
I love you Prerna but I would beg to differ about Kreeva. It was a clear thumbs down for me.

I recently placed an order from kreeva since so many influencers made a video on it. I have few things to mention to the people considering to buy the product.
1. Return policy is very bad the website doesn’t have any clear instructions
You will have to call the no. Provided and mail them for a return.
2. Return shipping chargers are to be paid by the customer
3. You will get a credit note and hence you’re stuck to buy something from them again.
4. The quality was okayish
These are things influencers should mention rather than telling people fake things just for views and money.
I have the same thought process regarding party wear pieces(ethnic/western) . Thank you so much for reviewing things with honesty. Never ever loose it. The way you don't support Meesho(review video) so so impressed by you.
I am going to comment on this only that she didn't support meesho but as per price so many products on meesho is good quality and good design but this side kreeva where she suggest has worse quality and u paying 4-5 k not a joke and they don't hv return policy atleast meesho has returned policy so u can return it n nt loosing any penny else I following her for her genuine reviews but for this sorry this is completely paid review
I liked the way you reviewed kreeva's lehanga. But one thing i want to know Prerna that in description you mentioned that these items are sent to you by kreeva. , but in the video u said that you ordered them 40-50 days before?
It was confusing.
As your subscriber we trust you a lot and you know you got popularity because of your content..so just wanted to know about this, because now a days most youtuber do the sponsored videos..and due to which sometimes the subscribers buy those products and then regret about those products.

It's sponsered but they have choice to build their own cart and order as per their personality...but the amt is paid by kreevas not youtuber

I placed the order like everyone else but did not pay at checkout. After my order was finalised I received the stuff in 40-45 days.

@@PrernaChhabra Then you should have mentioned in the video that you didn't pay, right? You should be aware that they are sending good quality to influencers (who they don't charge) and they send bad quality things to customers. I don't think your research is complete. If you would have researched, you would have mentioned that there are people who have received the same outfit as the influencers but the quality was poor. We trust you, so please mention in video that this is a promotional video as you are not a customer, you are promoting the brand.
@@PrernaChhabra but you said 'mene kya kya kharida' in the beginning of the video, and never mentioned once that you didn't pay for them or it's sponsored. You did mention something in the description box but again not everyone goes through description. So, you kind of camouflaged the whole thing here.

No return for premium collection so make sure bfore order. And i saw when they send collection to youtuber they are different and when we receive they are diff. I trust prerana completely but not kreeva and mesho.

Since they have sent you these pieces , I don’t believe this is the same quality they sent to general public who are not doing it for RUclips or Instagram . It will be great if you can buy something from them without telling them you do RUclips and post an honest review .

I did not have the nice experience with Kreeva. First of all they delivered late after my borthers marriage is done. Also after spending 3k amount they did not deliver the actual product. The duppattaa was missing from the outfit and when I raised concern they asked me to share video while opening which I obviously did not had. So will not recommend Kreeva to others 🙏
For those people who think kreeva is fake they send good quality products to influencers
I recently brought a sharara from kreeva for a cousin's wedding and I'm impressed it was a must buy dress it was same as the picture and the quality was really good yes people have some experience of getting bad products but there are people who get good products too
When i saw the image of you in the orange saree, for once in my head i was like prerna also started endorsing those expensive clothes like other influencers but after watching this video i was like noooooo....no matter how much it cost what you are wearing, its how you pull it off! Love to you ❤

Here in this video also you mentioned very aptly that spending too much on occasion wares would unnecessarily dig hole in your pocket since you wouldn't be wearing it more than once or twice...great reviews...the last 3 piece lehenga looked very preety on you....stay stylish

Does Kreeva send better made/uses better fabric when they send clothes to Influencers and RUclipsrs?
The quality of clothes doesn’t look the same when we ordered the same lenenga. It definitely looks very cheap when someone comes closer and hv a look. Also the fabric was really uncomfortable to wear.
Just wondering is kreeva sending better fabrics for sponsored videos.

Thanks for introducing the platform.
But there are things that I didn't like about the website, mainly the policies. As Prerna said in the video the delivery might take a month and but for return Kreeva expects the return item to reach them within 10days. That is a weird expectation from customers as customers are not into logistics business. Anyone reading this comment i hope you do check their return/refund policy before placing an order.
Hey prerna, like the others I was quite concerned whether or not the quality of the product will show up like your video, since you may be sponsored by kreeva. Also I was wondering about the sea green lehenga, yours is fully stitched however on the website it only has a semi stitched option. How did you get a dully stitched dress according to your measurements.

I know it would probably be a lot of work on your side but truly, it would help you grow even bigger. I’m from the south but even in my circle I know a lot of people who aren’t very fluent in Hindi but still watch your videos. Though I can make out the general gist of the video, my Hindi isn’t fluent enough to understand all the nuances. All the pieces look so stunning and thankyou for sharing this video. However, i would just like to mention that the last black saree is a copy of Sabyasachi saree and the fact that Frontier Bazaar makes and sells the same copy for 18000rs is mind boggling. By the way, i am a fashion designer myself and i am well aware of the costing & craftsmanship on these. The fact that they managed to make them all look decent in the price they are offering these for is very impressive. I hope they pay their workers well.
