Is there a way to play videos back on my Samsung smart tv? I tried connecting it to a Sony blue ry DVD player and connected that to the tv and I can’t get it to play. I’m lost, any advice will helpful! Thank you in advance!!
The typical way is to have rca jacks on your tv ( red black yellow ) and sqitch to the A/V input, it is also possible to use a dvd/vcr player that has an hdmi player, but it will need to have the rca jacks on that unit. To view the camcorder you will need to switch to the aux input of the vcr/dvd player ( i,e, the rca jacks). They also make rca to coaxial converters and rca to hdmi converters.

Your ribbon cables running thru the swivel linkage in compromised, you will have to take apart the screen and look for loose connections.

I as far as I know, there is not. You place your fingers tightly over the mic while recording, or mute the video in video editing software.
