The Villain thing is such a huge personal thing for me. I don't fit the purity-culture of party and other locked in systems of division. On the one hand its kind of helpful to have clarity about that, but it's really lonely when you don't fit cleanly into a camp and people want to put you into a stereotype and when you don't fit they throw you into the "enemy" category kinda by default. So I try accept and leverage my Otherness for quiet subversion in ways that I think benefit people around me, despite their own biases and how they have been culturally conditioned towards enforcing simplistic binaries of sociopolitical purity-culture. Ha! I am conservative/libertarian/ leave-me-alone leaning and live in California. So, the ONLY races I can possibly affect are extremely local and even then, it’s almost to the “Why bother?” point in my life.
