Can You Ever Truly Be Body Confident? | Loose Women

It’s safe to say that body confidence is not top of most women’s lists, but it turns out that most Britons are lacking in self love. According to new research, Malta, Taiwan, Bangladesh and Kazakhstan topped the list as the most body confident countries, while the UK placed at the other end of the table, along with Australia and India with the lowest levels of people who are confident about their bodies. Having spent her adult life in the spotlight, Sarah knows a thing or two about trying to remain body confident. Now she’s learning to love and appreciate her body as she feels grateful for the treatment it has undergone. She’ll also be telling us why she was particularly proud of her daughter Princess Eugenie for embracing her body on her wedding day

It's not that we're not kind to ourselves, when we are there are others who tear us to pieces because it makes them feel better and therefore it damages our confidence instead of boosting it. We need to have better conversations about the body.
