i am proud to work in cipla for more than 5 years and continuing. Our company comes in top 3 pharma company in India. Cipla is one of the best company i am working.

But sir in Kerala most college have no campus interview relating this pharma field. Most M.Pharm students joining this teaching field or either in hospital. How can we approach your company to conduct a campus interview in our state

I absolutely agree with you, worse company to work for long term. Good training school for fresh people.
I left Cipla because the immediate bosses made us work from 8.30am to 7.30pm regularly and some times till 11.00pm also wayback in 2004, I have seen almost 10 to 15 people leaving their job daily because of this kind of culture. I encased it latter in other companies by gaining the knowledge and becoming the tough working person because of my experience in Cipla. Believe me it was absolutely not easy working in Cipla during those days, I don't know what is the work culture now.

Company ko employee se sab kuchh prfect chahiye, but required acessories nehi dega, 3 employees kaa kam ek employee se karwata hai, over time karwata hai but no ot. Rating ke through employee ko terminate karta hai. Really cipla care for life
It's the same scenario in every pharmaceutical company in India. Labour is cheaper and hence generic drugs produced in India is cheaper, which have been exported to foreign countries. Its because of India, people can afford the drugs around the world but the employees are getting underpaid. I am a postgraduate in Microbiology and my starting salary was 9000 at one of the leading parenteral company in Gujarat. And the worse thing was unpaid overtime. In foreign countries its a crime to make employees work without paying any remuneration for overtime.

Bro don't go there after dpharm, u will get very less salary and more working hours. And the work culture is worst. If u want to work in pharmaceutical company then pursue higher degree mpharm is best .
