thanks for all your work on this ! great for gifts and teaching others to crochet
You are so welcome!
I'm excited to make one for each of my 5 granddaughters!! Thanks for the easy to follow tutorial.
You are so welcome!
Cute! I’ll be glad when it cools off so I need this!!
Yeah I am a little early. But it makes great gifts for the holidays. I am thinking about sending them to my extended family that I have not seen in so long.
Winding Road Crochet Yes the not seeing family thing is the worst of this for me. Sending good thoughts for you and your family.
I’ve just watched a few of your videos and I’m so pleased with how you took the time in to really show and explain how to do the stitches I will be making these for a few of my family members
Glad it was helpful!
There is a knitting stitch called the Brioche stitch and it’s kind of difficult and very complex to fix if you drop a stitch. This stitch looks almost exactly the same! Thank you!
Glad to help!
Great pattern! Thank you
You’re very welcome 😊
THANK YOU FOR THIS!!! So many people make tutorials for these types of headbands/ear warmers but make them in only chunky yarn. I wanted to figure out a way to use up all the worsted weight I have around here
Glad it was helpful!
I love this pattern and I have been using alot! But I have gone onto the written pattern today to look at the chart for bulky and I can't see it 😕😫 please could you help me ❤
Just make sure to scroll all the way down. I show the size 4 yarn chart then the size 4 yarn pattern, then the same for the size 5 yarn then the size 6 yarn is last with the chart first then the pattern after.
❤
Thanks
Absolutely love this!! But I think I might be missing something here....watching the video you say chain 52 for a child....the written pattern on your website says 53 for a baby 🤔 am I mistaken?? Either way....just did a chain of 53 and gonna try it on out!
I wrote this pattern 3 times, in three different yarn sizes. The ch 53 for a baby is using size 4 or worsted weight yarn. In the video I am using size 5 (bulky yarn) and in that yarn you need to chain 52 for a child size.
@@WindingRoadCrochet ohhhhhh OK. That makes sense. I knew I was missing something. Thanks!!!!
Ok can you please explain the first row you say back loop im thing second v stich away from you I know thete is a back bump somewhere in back .but it looks like doing back loop only meaning second bar of the v could you correct me on this please
For row 1 you are just working into the chain. If you can work into the back bump of the chain that is better. Moving to row 2 and the rest of the rows you are working into the back loop only. We are working something called the half double crochet slip stitch and it is worked into the back loop only in order to get the ribbed texture.
@@WindingRoadCrochet thank u
Woman size plzz, I love ur work
There are lots of different sizes on the written pattern. the only thing that changes is the starting chain.
