Hello! We are the Beard Family. My husband Cleveland and have been happily married 19 years. We are raising 5 wonderful children. Clevon (19) Jalen (18) Iyanna (16) Dejah (14) and Janiyah (8). Hey javonne I'm 15 years old an I wasnt happy with my weight either bc I use to eat all of junk but since I had a lost weight journey I wanted to share with you how I lost 35lbs or more bc im still losing weight 😂 but to lose weight replace the healthy drinks pops juice an all that other stuff for and just drink a gallon of water all day every day till it's one an you just keep feeling it up everyday and drinking it with every meal you sat but try to drink a cup of water before each meal so that you want eat the whole meal and must do this daily and bout a month or a few weeks you'll see the you lost a few pounds and you just want to keep doing this gallon water untill you get your desire weight and I also forgot to tell you that this water method you don't have to excercise at all. Love You Hope you ty this out 😘💙
