I wouldn't define Dubai as a City its only some highways and ugly buildings build by slaves some of them are not even connected to the sewage system wich makes them tents. So warsaw is better
I believe that there is no place on Earth that is perfect. Dubai, just like any other major city around the world also has its issues. But all in all, I think it is one of the greatest cities of all time.
