He also also multaccounting on osu which is bannable. He might even talk to people on DM’s trying to gain money at that point, which would fall under scamming. (This is very likely to happen but no evidence I know of so who knows).
Nobody's dumb enough to _buy_ images. When people donate, it's a 50/50 between supporting the creator and getting the image. People want to support the cosplayer, whether it's just simping for her or actually appreciating her work, the point is that the money should've belonged to the cosplayer, and the hornies definitely wanted that money to go the cosplayer, not some random dropshipper.
While i dont think its the case here but IP adresses should always taken with a massive grain salt in general. Because you know, spoofing and VPNs are so accessiable nowadays.
