Hey JJ, im the guy who saw ya on the elevator here at Rhythm 3638 in Thong Lor last month.. Wasn’t sure it was you or i would have said hi lol.. Anyway, i stayed for a month at that Life Condo Sukhumvit 65 last year (there are actually a few different “Life Condo” locations in Bkk)- and it’s a pretty decent place, i like the slightly slower pace there compared to here in Thong Lor.. The gym sucked though imo, maybe they’ve improved it.. Just wanted to let you know i noticed that the exchange rate as of today (Thur Nov 14th 2024) has gotten even better, the best ive seen it in a year.. so that 13k baht price at Life Condo wouldnt be $378 usd, now it would actually be $364.. for now anyway, of course it fluctuates but maybe it’ll stay lower for a while ! Keep up the good vids, thanks ETA just finished watching the vid and saw that you mentioned the exchange rate improving, so you’re right 👍
So bored with the Philippines? You still with your lady friend? Personally i need to be near the coast so for me ..... Hua hin or jomtien are my go to places. Have fun in BKK 🙂👍
a) Condos in three places! I am guessing that you are doing the SE Asia version of the Schengen Shuffle, thus becoming a long-term resident of SE Asia without the Process, Drama, & Expense of getting a Residence visa? This idea/strategy merits a YT video of its own... b) Good video, all three apartments are finds, IMHO c) Do not know why somebody would want to take a picture in the shower? Lend me a crayon and I will draw you a picture...
