If your prosecution office would stop wasting thousands of dollars on these cases you have in your state courts is a disgrace .Top patching those old pipes & find the money to replace those old pipes .Your running that city wrong Mayor Who cares you went out 230am in the morning so you were there people want water period They want to be able to bath & cook NONE of you talking went without water . You had so many busted pipes & all at one time .What does that tell you ?Patching is not working replace them over 80yr old pipes
