Hey! honestly I'm a straight guy, and I don't have interest in any pageants but Catriona Gray change my perspectives and I realize and appreciate the hardworks of the beauty queens their purposes and contributions in our country and that Catriona Gray inspires me.. because when she talk I literally listen not because she is beautiful and easily attracted to her, she have a "talent" that the listeners will listen to her... the way she talk and deliver is different from the other you will see that she has a purpose. Because of Catriona Gray hindi lang basketball ang favorite ko... including na pageants... Catriona Gray really inspires me to share guys. 😍😍😍

Also, since I'm entering a higher academic level which is senior highschool, I have this anxiety of what strand to take. But then ate cat motivated me to pursue what I love and you will never be lost. I am planning to study under the Arts and Design track since I do have this burning passion since I was little about music and drawing just like ate cat. Art is the reflection of the world around you ika nga. I just recently won a local art contest about awareness in fire safety and ate cat really ignited the concept of "observing and learning". What Ms. Universe inspires me the most is that let your creativity take you whatever you wanted to be and be yourself. Always surround urself with positive people. She really inspires me to give my best everyday and in eveything I do. And giving back and being kind to the community. Catriona taught me to look always for the good in everything, not because what she said during her final answer in Miss Universe but through her experiences during her lifetime. She's just more than an inspiration, she's a role model, she's a person I look up to. I never realized how much a beauty queen could inspire so many people, how much could a beauty queen radiates goodness and positivity throughout the world. She's more than just a Miss Universe, she also exemplifies "Beauty with a purpose" and through that she inspires me to remain grounded and humble. After all she achieved, she remained humble and I think that's what makes her Catriona.

I wasn't really a fan of Cat before until I clicked on one of the recommended videos here in youtube where she is being interviewed by tito Boy Abunda. As I was watching her being interviewed, I couldn't stop her because the way she answer some pressing issues here in the Philippines, it'll really make your jaw drop. She's so smart, articulate, not pretentious, humble, emphatic, and she's really is someone who has a genuine heart for those who are in need. And I really admire her for that. From that moment on, I keep on watching her other interviews because I feel like my mind is always being fed by new information - whether it be about politics, history of the Philippines, or any other issues around the world. And just by watching you'll really be inspired.
From that moment on also, she inspires me to love my country even more. There is so much Philippines has to offer but I a lot of us choose to support foreign products. She inspires me to work harder for my dreams by not giving up and always have faith and believe in God. Just like what she said, I'm experiencing right now having opportunities being closed to my face which makes me so sad but I have no other option but to move on and keep moving forward. She inspires me to see the world differently and to always choose to be kind and grateful with everything that I have. :)
I do understand the message that you like to convey however please check your word usage. Catriona is not apathetic, please familiarize yourself with the words that you use. Just a piece of advice though. Apathy has a negative connotation.

Greetings from Sarawak, Malaysia. As i was watching this video i'm getting to realize more that the Philippines n Sarawak native have something in common which is our native fabric designs. I'm a native Sarawakian, Bidayuh tribe, known as the Land Dayaks. After discovering our favourite Miss U 2018, Cat, whom is also 1 of my strong inspiration now, i notice her always showcasing The Philippino fabrics in the clothings she wear, i was so surprised by our similarities of ethnic fabric designs. Yes Cat is such an amazing young woman in so many various ways both in n out n i truly feel grateful with my decision when i suddenly had the urge to wanting to watch last year's Miss U show which i normally just ignore in the past years. Ever since, i followed her wonderful journey. I'm just so very impressed n always taken aback by the things she said n her way of thinking, her attitude.. just... she's the best Miss U ever, i'm terribly sorry i don't mean to compare but she's also a live package with a heart n soul of gold. God speed Cat, u won this with great purposes that will bring more love n peace for ur beautiful country n of course, the universe. Indeed, we are a strong Asean force.

@@ledelede6847 yes, we understand that it's not the fault of malaysian citizens.. it was primarily the fault of the british and wales givernment. we have tried to claim it from the british government who ceded it to malaysia when you guys were given independence. Brunie gave both the islands of palawan and sabah to the sultanate of sulu. The sultan only leased sabah to a british businessman who in turn allowed the british government who in turn gave it to malaysia. Which was so wrong because one cannot give which he does not own. To give or giving is certainly an attribute of ownership..only an owner can do that. the british govrnment was-is not the owner.
Neither can the malaysian givernment say that they have acquired through prescription busy they are simply subleased the whole island/s. And the sulatan of sulu has always made a legitimate claim over the property.
I hope justice will be serve in the end. I pity the sultan of sulu and its family members.
Obviously the reason why the privious leaders of the Philippines received so much money from the malaysian gov't.
But that aside, i have no qualms with malaysia specially its citizens.

We may not be both happy n unhappy about this but if it doesn't bring huge2 difference then who are we to say anything on this, right? If we were to argue or debate about this, it will never end until the end of time. So it's ok, let's just leave this to the political authorities. As long as there's no war, no communism but democracy, peace n love, that should be about it.

i was inspired by doing things that resulting in very positive way small thing like helping in every way everyday from people i met that is in need assistance, animals need feeding n abandoned.
She inspires me in so many ways. Her passion about helping the kids at young focus to have a better education even though they are out of school is so admirable. At a young age, it's so awesome to know that she's setting a good example even to older people and young ones as well of course. I helped Young Focus because of her. Also, I will never forget this thing she said about rejection. That it is not being denied, rather being redirected. Memories flashed back and made me realized that it actually happened to me. As God's plan is always better. Her deep faith in the Lord, too, is phenomenal. We could just see how well she was brought up by her parents because now she's the living legacy of her parents. She's the epitome of a good person, daughter, friend and Miss Universe, hence, she's the best MU ever! She is literally confidently beautiful with a heart. Her kindness, wisdom, beauty inside and out could make anyone to strive to be better in any ways possible may it be as a person, a worker, a daughter, a woman, a Filipino and as a Christian. She makes this world or the universe rather a better place because of her mere presence or existence.

Catriona Gray inspired me with her saying "I don't want to live my life with regret of what if's". I'm a young lady with full of what if's on my mind because I'm not sure in myself. Recently our baranggay is looking for candidates for lakambini pageant and as a fan of Ms. Pia and Ms. Catriona I want to join and experience what feels like when you're on a pageant. But my inner me is stopping me joining that pageant because I know I only have the wit and not the beauty so I doubt myself. But here is Ms. Catriona saying
"I don't want to live my life with regret of what if's" then it hit me, living with full of what if's is not really a good thing it is making myself more insecure in everything. And from now on I don't want to live my life with regret of what if's like what Ms. Catriona did.
