  • The Rado Captain Cook collection has continued to evolve since the first reissues hit display cases in 2017.
In those 4 years, the brand has given us more size options, new bracelets, and bronze cased versions.
Yet, it was only a matter of time before the "Master of Materials" would give us the ultimate flex; a ceramic case.
Tune in to find out if the Captain Cook High-Tech Ceramic is everything I thought/hoped it would be.

Good review! I'm honestly not a fan of the regular Captain Cook there's just something weird about it. However this version surprisingly works very well I actually really, really like it! The color and the cool dial male it very unique! I'll have to consider purchasing it as I'm looking for a watch in that price range.

I'm expecting lume on the bezel these days. besides that, this with the ceramic bracelet definitely is on my shortlist with. No more scratches deskdiving.

I got the blue one in abu dhabi and ordered the rubber strap from this reference to swop out the ceramic bracelet that comes standard with the blue bezel one

How tough is this watch? Could I wear it confidently whilst gardening without it getting beat up and scratched?

Great presentation of the watch. Did you buy the watch a guy like you I would buy. With your thoughts and knowledge what a great daily sport diver in rotation. Great tech style and look. How accurate are there movements. Thank You for the video. Stay healthy and safe.

Didn’t buy. I love what they did with the case but for me personally, i would have left the dial alone.

Great review! Really interested in purchasing this watch but not a big fan of the 43mm size for my wrist. Hopefully I can find one in store to try on.

Agree. I really love this watch but for my wrist it should be more like 40mm. I tried it in the store, awesome watch but for me too big and I wished they would have used brushed steel instead of polished one, it‘s too blingy in real. And the price is also challenging: 3,5k while a regular Captain Cook is 2k… and for me the weirdest part are these bumps at minute 12 and 42 on the dial, looks like wrong construction. I still love this watch but will wait for an optimized version, hope it will come and I‘d buy it immediately :)
