  • In this video tutorial, you are introduced to Work, Units, Duration, & what Effort Driven scheduling is and calculated in MS Project to learn the basics. People often don't understand how MS Project calculates the combination of these elements and make errors in their schedule. This video will show you how to avoid the most common errors when producing a resource and cost-loaded schedule.
    I'm Tom Stephenson and I'm a professor of Construction Management. I have taught MS Project for many years at college and university courses and have consulted with many large construction businesses. During this time I have learned a lot and would like to share that with you.

      Doing great! Working on the Highway 401 expansion project and learning now to be more involved in Project Controls (learning to become a Scheduler). These videos are a huge help right now!
