I weighed 12 packs and got 1 pack that was 23.08, very heavy it seemed. There were 2 holos, a holo energy and a pokeball in there. So I mainly think you are weighing holo cards. Doesn't really tell anything other than a bigger chance of holo's but this has been the case with all the sets. Weighing the holo's separately and comparing them to all the commons they were noticeably heavier (about 0.1 grams more than non-holo's). What stood out to me was the pokeball holo that was textured which was about 0.15-0.2 grams heavier. Textured cards like SIRs will probably be heavy too. That said, I have pulled multiple holo's from lighter packs as well... I think god packs may stand out but we need more examples to be sure of this.
Halfway through the video I started weighing my own cards individually that I've pulled from the one ETB I've opened this far. The regular energies are significantly lighter than the holo ones (about a ~0.15g difference, I spent a solid 10 minutes calibrating and recalibrating my scale, but it keeps wanting to make things 0.1g-0.4g lighter, so that's annoying). However! I have an SIR that I weighed and it seems to be the same weight as the Poke Ball/Master Ball holos. I don't, however, have a full art trainer to weigh. So maybe it's just the holo energies and the full art trainers that are heavier? If I manage to pull one to weigh here in a few days, I'll come back and edit this comment (if I can remember to LOL).
I would have weighed the holo energy vs the regular energy to see the weight difference. I would have also weighed the Larry's Skill Full Art trainer card to see how that weight compared to both the holo and the EX cards that you pulled. I think you also should have weighed all of the code cards to see if they have differing weights. You tested 2, but might have accidentally just gotten two similar weight ones (bc they were in the same weight tier). I think these are a few more of the things to consider while doing these kinds of weighting experiments. I don't have my own scale, so thank you for checking for science. I'm in agreement that buying loose packs from re-sellers that you dont know/trust is sketch as hell.

I guess it is weighable but i feel like you want the light packs, on my scale, i weighed non holos from prismatic and sirs from surging sparks and 151 but the sirs are the same weight as the non holos so the god pack i feel like would be light.... but i dont understand how, so weird.
Still you can open product until you hit a God pack worth thousands and sell the rest of the packs individually. Which is probably what all the rip and shippers are doing who don't open the boxes live on stream.
@Dire_Hit yeah, all I know is we opened a PC etb to test with 11 packs and weighed all of them. Our heaviest pack had nothing in it. The extra holo energy made it heavier I guess. Lightest was 22.94, heaviest was 31.19 and we had ex's and masterballs in other packs but not the heavy pack.
Before watching .. it’s bound to be weighable because you can get up to 3 to 4 hits in a pack .. but the holo energy might throw it off abit bro 🧐.. il watch the vid now 🙈
