Storm Warning was a Canadian produced documentary series on the Discovery Channel during the late 1990's - early 2000's. This episode covers the effects of El-Nino 1997-1998, though this is a partial episode. This segment covers a major tornado event in the U.S.

I remember watching Storm Warning as a kid...I seemed pretty fascinated each time they aired segments featuring tornadoes, but I can't imagine staring them down like these people all did, knowing what tornadoes are capable of doing.
