I think the trail model suspension being stiff in the rear is because they expect most people will be towing along a spare tire a cooler maybe some other things that would probably love the suspension in the back a little bit and soften it With weight what they should do is have one more notch of adjustment in the rear to take tension out of the spring to a softer setting for when you just wanna ride empty, if you hang the spare tire assembly off of the back bumper area it will ride like a Cadillac with that little bit of extra weight in the rear softens the ride right up.
Dirt tracks, if im looking at buying one of these, should I consider this maverick trail, or for about the same price get a used 2014-15 maverick 1000 60" with dps???
Hey Alex, we are really hoping to land one of these during the season but have no official confirmation as of today. Will keep you posted though. Thanks for tuning in.
Are you going to do a review of the new can am X3 900 HO? Have not seen a single video of it and like the price but actually want to see you guys review
Why do so many people hate on can am? All you have to do is upgrade the belt to the x3 belt on the atv's and your fine. Plus it's not that expensive. 😀
The Can Am Trail 1000 dps costs the same as the RZR. However their accessories are on the high end. I also own Rzr 800 eps and Wildcat Trail XT or whatever they called it in 2014. Taking out the new Mav tomorrow for breakin. Looked hard at the RZR but the ergonomics of the 1000 Trail is spectacular. Thinking of buying a new RZR 900 eps also. Wife drives also. Loved the Arctic Cat we ride very hardcore sw Colorado and Moab and Utah. Selling the AC because it's worth the most money, but would like to keep for wife. Will find out if Mav was good decision.
I wish Can Am would mash the Commander and the original Maverick together to compete with the General. I don't know where the 50" market is but it sure isn't in Pennsylvania..
You can reflash the Can Am and remove the speed limiter and add horsepower. I'm going to do mine in Arizona when I head to King of the Hammers next year.
North Country Boyz Pretty much, that and a lot of trails have the 60’ restriction. This is the only option for some consumers if they wanna tear up the local trails.
RedSoxNation92 It’s a good way to keep Polaris up on the “A Game” as when it comes down to it. It really is Polaris and CanAm that run the show in the ATV/UTV world. 😁. A lot of the guys I ride with are CanAm guys so I get a lot of “busting” for being the “Pooolaris” guy. Lol
North Country Boyz I ride both, I have a sportsman and an outlander, I’m in the market and it’s killing me to pick between a sxs from Polaris or Can-Am. Thing is, it was always pretty clear cut to pick Can-Am. I’m not so sure anymore. Polaris has stepped up their a-game. I genuinely believe Can-Am is playing catch up now, Polaris is where it’s at.
RedSoxNation92 it’s a tough choice honestly. I looked into the XMR family, highlifter, and just trail built bikes. It came down to brand loyalty through positive experience. Ultimately I decided I wanted to build my own from stock to not and went with the Sportsman 1000xp. I do feel Polaris has surpassed CanAm on SxS other than the X3. I love that thing!
Professional reviewer, no over the top persona to get in the way of reviewing a product!
I love my can am maverick trail 2018 alot of fun
Does it has dps?
Should I buy the zforce 950 sport or the can am maverick trail 800

Another great video. Can't wait for the shootout with the rzr. Still torn between the two.
I have one and find it a little tight, but great. Did you know that if your belt is not clipped, your top speed is 20km/h
Does it have more storage space than the Polaris rzr 900?
Waiting for the review on the new 2018 canam outlander 1000xxc.
Hang in there! This review will be in our Season Finale for this year and will be on our channel in a few weeks time.
Just a Rene 1000xxc with more plastic and racks.
Dirt tracks, if im looking at buying one of these, should I consider this maverick trail, or for about the same price get a used 2014-15 maverick 1000 60" with dps???

Ill buy one when they make a X XC model....till then ill keep my Cat Trail LTD which has been great...great video like usual
Hey Dirt Trax! Super interested in a review of the 2019 Maverick Sport 1000! Anything in the works?
Hey Alex, we are really hoping to land one of these during the season but have no official confirmation as of today. Will keep you posted though. Thanks for tuning in.
preferably xmr or rc
nice machine. Unfortunately still no true front diff lock. They are close! they put in a rear diff lock! Thanks for the video as usual.
Waiting on the new review and ride of the new can am x3 900 HO

We haven't done our planning meeting for this season yet, but this is on our list.
Dirt Trax Television Thanks for the quick response.. Definitely intrigued by the x3 900 HO
And the new Artic cat wildcat xx that thing looks awesome
Good to hear. We will definitely have additional coverage on the Wildcat XX.
You make awesome videos

Hey man was the can am mav a good decision?
Come on Yamaha
Meh I bought a trail 1000, you lost out Yamaha!!

Fortunately Pennsylvania is only a small part of the world. LOL
It's Pennsylvania if you ride the state Forrest areas that are available.
Seems to me the horsepower is a little low for the engine sizes, but maybe that was their plan? The 800 only has 6hp more than my 570 RZR.
I thought that was a little lame too seeing that the same motor makes 89 hp in the quads!
You can reflash the Can Am and remove the speed limiter and add horsepower. I'm going to do mine in Arizona when I head to King of the Hammers next year.
The line-up is not complete. They need to drop the 570 in that chassis. Not everyone wants, needs, or can afford a 1000cc SxS.
Newfiebulletvideos They do offer a 800cc version of the Trail.
I want a rzr 900 EPS soo bad
Polaris Ace I have a 900, no eps, and I can't imagine the maverick trial being any better
Everything is compared to the RZR 900 compare a 1000 to a 1000
You compare a 50 inch to a 50 inch
im 6'4 and its not made for tall boys, knees will get destroyed
It isn't the worst thing I have ever seen....Basically their attempt to compete against the RZR?

A lot of trails have 50" restrictions. 60" is considered a Sport machine.
5th like
The front bumper is super ugly.
Ill buy one when they make a X XC model....till then ill keep my Cat Trail LTD which has been great...great video like usual
Your in luck, they just released one in the 2021 line
