Glad I found you guys again. You introduced me to Band Maid the first time I saw this video. I've now heard pretty much everything they have done! Mad skills and super hot! If they where five dudes from any English speaking country they would be the biggest band on the planet! Thanks brothers!
I think you guys are my all-time fav reaction-reviewers. Having seen them live gives you extra cred. Here's my take on Band-Maid: Band-Maid is the hard rock Beatles of our time! Composition, Execution, Consistency, Uniqueness, Charisma and Charm. Oh yeah... and Cute as hell, IMHO. They are destine for mega-stardom. They're the only band in decades where I love nearly EVERY song they’ve done. I have over 50 favorites! "Thrill" is a great place to start. Their newer songs drive even more - Moratorium, Domination, Clang, Spirit, Fate, Secret My Lips, Puzzle, Glory, and on and on ! Each member's personalities are super interesting and their musicianship among the best. Their writing, arrangements and overall sound, especially guitar tones, are kick-ass! /
See you at the Echoplex on the 30th. I will be at Sunset and Glendale around noon just to make sure l get up front. I am coming down from Sacramento. See you there.
News, news... Revolver Records is a new Band Maid` label from March 1. It is just a new sub-label of Nippon Crown. We will see if this movement will bring some change in the treatment of Band Maid by their managements and label. And what change. BM were transferred to the new label together with BiS, the latest anti-idol band of BiSH manager Watanabe Junnosuke, whose song "Are you ready" will be from April the new ending theme for the anime series "Yu-Gi-Oh! VRAINS". Instead of Band Maid "Glory". The BiS song is inspired by the hit 2018 biographical film Bohemian Rhapsody, and like Queen’s epic song of the same name has a long run time of 11 minutes and 24 seconds. This time frame is significant as it mirrors the date on which Freddy Mercury passed away (November 24, 1991). How do we know this inspiration? However, BiS is not just a mix of pop, hardcore punk and heavy metal but also pure pop culture hardcore. The band started as a group of very, very naughty girls. A 2014 photoshoot in Weekly Playboy saw them fully nude and covered in fake semen. In December 2013, they posed nude for the magazine Quick Japan. Later, Watanabe had to soften their image, because they began canceling concerts and breaking contracts. But their dark side remained. During the joint concert of Band Maid and BiS in May 2018, we can see in the picture how Saiki step on with high heel on one the girls from BiS laying on the floor. I wonder if the management will encourage or force them to make further joint performances because IMO it will be a bad direction for Band Maid.

年齢なんて気にしなくて大丈夫ですよ。年齢に拘るのは日本人だけで海外では好きなものは何歳になっても好きですし、私もそれでいいと思います。BAND-MAIDって見た目とのギャップが凄くてベース、ギター、ドラム、ボーカル、全てがクオリティーが高くてビックリしました。日本を代表するガールズバンドですね。
