- Have you ever wanted to fulfill some life goals but were too afraid to try or get started? I have felt the same way about many things in life. Adventure sports being one of them! But it is important to start somewhere and in this series #tryingmybest I aim to share my journey as a beginner to many activities. This is the Surfing for beginners edition! Also, I aim to try these activities in India, because did you know that you don’t always have to travel abroad or spend insane amounts of money to fulfill all your wishes :)

That sunset made me almost cry. Such beauty. Alas, as a family man, I cant just give up on my responsibilities and go on to experience the beauty of this amazing world. I would have built a small hut and stayed at that beach. Stay blessed Tanya. I guess a few people are born to experience the beauty of this world and one of them is you.

Glad to see Mulki. Had been there in 2019 March and that's when we got to know about the surfing and kayaking there. Was planning to go back for the same (from Bangalore) but then COVID happened last year and we are yet to make a trip there. Thanks Tanya for sharing the beautiful story from there.

I am a student of NITK Surathkal and Mulki is 3-4km far from there. We used to visit that sasihithlu beach at least once in a month. I am from Northeast India and over the years l travelled many places in Karnataka now I am in love with that part of our country especially Mangalore-Udupi ❤

It looks very clean beach and peaceful and serene. We Indians are very lucky to have beaches from Kutch to KanyaKumari and from Kanya Kumari to West Bengal. We (our government) can boost beach tourism. But sadly only few places like Goa, Kerala are promoted.
one day I will drive from Panvel to Kanya Kumari through internal roads and explore all beaches...
