    For Boiling
    Cooking oil - 3 Table spoon
    Mutton - 500 gm
    Grinded paste - (Ginger 3 medium pieces, Garlic 4 pieces, Green chilli 2, few curry leaves)
    shallots(chinna vengayam) - 50gm
    Kashmiri chilli powder- 3/4 Table spoon
    garam masala - 3/4 Table spoon
    cumin powder - 1/4 Table spoon
    pepper powder - 1/4 Table spoon
    Turmeric powder - 1/4 Table spoon
    salt - 3/4 Table spoon
    Lemon juice - 1/2 in a piece
    water - 250ml
    For Tempering
    cooking oil - 3 Table spoon
    red chilli - 4
    onion (chopped) - 1 (medium size)
    curry leaves - few
    grated coconut - 2 in a piece
    boiled mutton pieces
    coriander leaves(chopped) - for seasoning
