I will copy what I found in the manual concerning the unlock: "Important: Once the transmitter is locked, it
cannot be unlocked or powered off using the
buttons. The only ways to unlock a locked
transmitter are to remove the battery or unlock it
via the RM remote control."

unlocking is thru removing battery or using app i guess havent heard or seen other way
The backlight options "bL 5" is actually backlight for 5 minutes, not 5 seconds. So bL 30 (backlight for 30 seconds) would actually be lit up for less time.

How do you turn "rf on" mode? or maybe there isnt such a thing.

I notice you don't use rechargeable AA batteries. curious what your thinking is.
I set up eight 16 way intelligent rapid chargers in a bag with 120 AAs all charging away on the back of my suburban, ready to go at all times. once I did that, I just took the whole AA battery worry out of my head for ever.
Doesn't buying non-rechargeable batteries drive you nuts? It sure did me.
I use rechargeable for my slates comtek and some transmitters but for my main packs that go on talent I use mainly lithium because of the run time we get out of them we will rarely bug talent to change batteries
Also production pays for them so not really and expense on my end
