ingredients/ Bahan-Bahan:
1 cup Cashews nuts/ Kacang gajus- 130g
1 + 1tbsp Butter/ mentega- 210g
1 cup Icing sugar/ gula aising- 150g
2 cup All-purpose flour/ tepung gandum- 250g
1 cup Custard flour/ Tepung kastard- 100g
1/2 tsp Baking powder/ serbuk penaik
a pinch of salt / secubit garam
Bake 160°C 10-15mins
