What are the tips for having enough bottle water? What if you aren't paying for the drink package. Will you share more on the water package? Not finding it on their website.
My biggest gripe is when I saw the attendants at the buffet dipping a rag into a bucket of yucky water to wipe down the tables. I also found the area when you walk into buffet where you should wash your hands had the paper towels overflowing daily onto the floor.

Hey guys! Watching your video as we'll be boarding on the MSC Seascape next Spring (I know it's too soon to ask, but you get the excitement). I wanted to ask about the Internet package (only Browse), will that let us scroll and post on instagram? Or is it only for Whatsapp, internet search and emails? Also, what time do you recommend boarding? I've heard the sooner the better, as you can start enjoying the food earlier so you "save" that boarding lunch day and do it on board instead of in Miami. Is this true? Thanks a bunch!!
Listening this one for a second time to get as much info as possible. Two questions: 1. you said just getting the browse plan on our phones and then tethering/hotspot off of those is sufficient? Also, with regard to restaurant reservations - is there any way to make reservations before boarding the ship or is that not how it works?
Hi, thanks for the good videos that you make guys, I would like to know if we have to paid for the Beverage from the beverage machine in the buffet, because I don’t understand very well about the free alcohol package, so it means that we have to paid for that package including beverage from Buffet machine! Sorry I don’t understand 😢
Water, lemonade, and coffee are free at the buffet, anything else would be free if you bought the beverage package, or you can pay for them individually.
Thanks for all the great information 😊. Do they limit the amount of spa reservations you can make, could I book a certain time on the first day, for the whole week? Thank you
I’m loving all your informative videos on the MSC Seascape! We’re going on a group cruise in March so this is useful! I’m hoping you can do a rundown video on all the different entertainment and bars options. We’re looking to have some fun!
Good information and thank you. I would like to add that it is very annoying for lack of better term to hear the lady constantly sit there and say, "uh hmmm and yeah" throughout the entire video. 😊
Thanks for the tips but I'm confused by what you say about the wifi packages- first you say you been using hotspots on your phone to get the wifi without paying a separate device fee then later you say switch off data on your phone to avoid unexpected roaming charges. My experience with using hotspots on phone is that what you are doing is using your phone data for wifi which is what we're not supposed to do? How did you use hotspots without using any data?
This has been super helpful - thanks soooo much! We have our first MSC cruise next month, so how do you book the speciality restaurants? Is it online (is there an onboard App?) or do you have to go to the restaurants directly? Also, how do we find out what night the Gala Dinner is - will they tell us in advance of sailing? Thanks again
Thanks for all the info on MSC. Do you know if the pools and activities throughout the ship are open and available upon embarkation like on Royal Caribbean? Thanks again!
hey thanks for all the tips. I will be going on my 1st criuse in June. can i take my own champaign on board? can i book my dinning table before going on board?. thank you
Hi I have a question about the drink package. When you ask for a drink in the package beer/wine at the bar how do they know you have the drink package ? Do you have a wristband or some sort of card that you have to show, and if it’s a card what’s stopping you from giving it to somebody else to get a drink with out a drink package?
Do we have to activate our cruise card in some machine as soon as we enter the ship Also is easy drink package have water included w the liquor beer and wine Also for wifi internet package, if I just wanna us internet on my laptop and just use my phone to make phone calls is that still seperate package or can be 1 package
Are the spa slots hard to get on port days? We got 1 day I know I'll probably just get off for maybe an hour. Is the water package separate from the non alcohol package? I can't find it and tried to get my TA to order us some water but they can't do it ahead of time. Very frustrating.
The spa spots are easy to get on port days for us. As for the water package, it was included in our fare, but I've seen no way to purchase it otherwise.
@@GroundedLifeCruises so disappointing. Many of us do not drink sodas or drink several glasses of juice a day. We only want water for our medications. Being able to order a case of water to be in your stateroom when you get there would be a great convenience and another source of income for MSC. I do not want to spend $200 for a week's soft drink package when all I want is water. A case of water for the week. Not a complicated request that has been refused by MSC. Their set-up, forcing passengers to link up credit cards after boarding the ship, nickel and diming mentality for everything, limiting interest package to each device you use individually, mandatory automatic tips etc. are all geared for the non-US market and are just being carried over to the US. The only reason why most US passengers are even sailing MSC is because of their competitive pricing and newer ships. However as soon as the cruising industry fully rebounds I can see them shaping up for the US market or going back to their European Markets. They ae simply horrible with customer service, refunds, etc.
