hi, do you apply the decal after top gloss coat and then reapply gloss coat again ? and what kind of panel lining use and how u clean it

First of all, thank you for your comment.
For decals, if you do not want to color the panel line, apply a gloss coating after decals.
The panel line uses Tamiya panel line accents,
Clean the panel line with diluent.
