Only 3 draft-listed players can be retained during the mega-draft, while as many players can be retained as the franchise wants during the mini-draft. 5-Minimum 10 local players need to be in one team. Maximum number of foreign players should not exceed 8. The minimum squad size should be 15, and the maximum size is 23. 6-Only 2 foreign players can be signed directly outside the draft. The total purse for one team is BDT. 15 Crore. (USD should be counted as 110 taka for calculations). 7-Franchise fee for 3 consecutive years is BDT. 5 crore with a refundable security deposit of BDT. 10 Crore. 8-Players should be awarded as follows: Man of the series- A Brand new car (Sponsored) / BDT. 25 lacs Highest run-getter- BDT. 10 lacs Highest wicket-taker- BDT. 10 lacs Highest catch taker- BDT. 10 lacs Highest striker of the tournament (minimum 5 matches)- BDT. 10 lacs Most economical bowler (minimum 5 matches)- BDT. 10 lacs Highest no. of Sixes- BDT. 10 lacs FairPlay Award- BDT. 10 lacs (optional) Emerging player of the tournament- BDT. 5 lacs Best catch of the tournament- BDT. 5 lacs Man of the match- BDT. 50k (*56) Man of the match (qualifiers)-BDT. 1 lac (3) Man of the final- BDT. 2 lacs Game changer of the final- BDT. 2 lacs Total: BDT. 1.40 Crore 9-Total number of Franchise would be 8 including Rajshahi or 10 including Mymensingh and Faridpur. 14 matches would be played by one team (IPL rule if 10 teams participate). 10-Matches will be played in 6 stadiums (Dhaka, Chattogram, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna and Barishal). One match would be played in one stadium on a single day. But 2 matches would be broadcasted every day ( I.e. evening match in Dhaka, and night match in Chattogram).
এখানে একটা করা যেতে পারে যে দলের মালিকানা পরিবর্তন হলেও নামটা যেন পরিবর্তন না হয়। একেক মালিকের একেক নাম এই জিনিস না হলে নাম মনে রাখার সমস্যার সমাধান হয়ে যাবে।
