So much happiness and joy.❤️🇺🇸 After so much struggles I now own a new house and my family is happy once again everything is finally falling into place!!..
I met Mrs Mary through an Old colleague, and she has been nothing but amazing. I have a contented feeling, knowing my finances and investments are handled by a real professional.
It would be fixed up againove the property, the stairs ,all the French doors and the kitchen Th k you Ethan you do a wonderful job of describing things,And you're right vandals are weak and stupid wonder how they would like someone to vandalize their home? Take care.❤️🇺🇸👍
Hi Ethan, Kimberly here. Love the way your wardrobe matches the house! I was around for the 80s and it was a hell of a decade. Good music, good movies. Looking forward to the next video! love from Upstate NY.
ThAnks Ethan you make my day. When I see a video from you I watch right away .I'm 61 and really appreciate how you like and describe something's in these homes.😊😊
Hi Ethan 😎🏎,I love your hot wheels collection!!! 🏎💨.I have always been a fan of cars myself 🏎😎.I can’t believe the power was still on for this house, that’s crazy. The vandalism is awful.I like the scarlet O’Hara staircase.I like the front door stain glass and the main staircase is nice. The kitchen is huge,to bad it’s wrecked. Wow that paycheck stub is insane $310 an hour holy moly!!!!! To bad that upstairs is wrecked,I liked the skylight tho. The staircases are nice like I said and the sunroom isn’t bad, like the brick and skylights. I just watched your newest video. Look forward to see your next house 😎🏎💨😀always stay awesome and cool 😎 see ya ✌️
I LOVE the car wall behind you in the intro! My dad (step dad for 30 years) just passed away in march and he was a classic car guy and his whole back wall of his garage is all hot wheels and others. Just like yours. It reminded me of him ❤
Hi Ethan! Like this home alot. Staircase, kitchen and of course the bridge between master bedroom and another bedroom! Keep up the great vlogs, Ethan. You always pique our interests!! Peace and stay safe!!❤🎉🎉
Hiyas Ethan, its such a shame that so many beautiful houses are just left to get damaged and destroyed, thank you for sharing, hope you are well, take care, stay safe, much love 🇬🇧 Sarah xx UK 🇬🇧
You have so much respect for these houses .I seen different ones showing houses and they wouldnt even shut the front door .Thank you so much and just keep being yourself I enjoy watching you!!!
Hey Ethan, thanks for sharing another amazing adventure!!! This home was really something back in the day, it's still incredible!!! Your Matchbox collection is impressive too!!! 👍👍🏣
Great video and commentary. Interesting thing to all these houses is the amount of salvageable stuff still there. Cases of floor tile, light fixtures and chandeliers, granite & marble countertops, kitchen cupboards and cabinets, huge mirrors, fireplaces. So much money that could be recouped instead of being destroyed. With a good crew you could really empty a place in 3 days max. Keep up the awesome work. Take care and be safe.
Always enjoy your shows Ethen. You are so kind and so respectful of other peoples things. Thank you for your time you take for each showing. Hope you are having a wonderful day
I really like this house and I love the staircase! I just never understand why in the world vandals feel like they have the right to go in and destroy property! It’s such a shame!
That is a totally awesome 80's beauty!! I love this style home, the amount of space is incredible, the kitchen was truly an 80s dream! The staircase with the landings is gorgeous!🤩 The sunroom was really great also! Still such an amazing home, hate to see it go😑 Btw, your car collection is really 😎 ✌️
Ethan its a beauty of a home, bloody copper thieves, i reckon this place could of been lived in for years. The look outs over the two areas makes this place unique.
I would of loved to have seen the outside of this amazing house. This house is so beautiful and perfect without the vandalism. People are can be so disrespectful of property unloved in. As much as I love to watch these kinds of things. It kills just as much to know that these homes are abandoned . And are about to be destroyed by being torn down 😢😢. So sad l would love to have a home like this.
I love this staircase, a really wonderful house. It's always amazing how many abandoned houses still have power. Thanks for the fantastic places you always find and share with us. Have a wonderful weekend to you and everyone else.
Hey Ethan! I don't understand how anyone could go in to a abandoned house and just destroy it!!! It's so sad! 😢 I love the whole house!!! I love the staircase!!! 😱
Hi Nathan, I just stumbled across your You Tube page a few weeks ago. Really enjoy watching them and how respectful you are to the home. Your knowledge of things is also a big reason to watch. There are a few that I also follow who are older than you just aren’t as knowledgeable. I agree with you and what you had to say about that hourly labor rate. Thing is that people were encouraged to get a degree instead of pursuing a trade. Now, the trades are suffering with lack of skilled people to do these jobs. Just the other day on local news they were saying go to trade school and make a 6 figure income! Sorry for the rant! Will keep watching. Have the most recent taken care of! Just trying to get your past ones done. Love the homes from the 50’s,60’s,70’s. I was born in 64. Hope you reach the 100,000 mark!
I really like this house. It needs updating in kitchen and baths and could go another forty years. Too bad it’s now a mess and will be deteriorating. Thanks for sharing.
I have to get this out first. I hate it when people vandalize and steal other people's property. Absolutely shameful !! Get a real job. Ok thank you Ethan for showing this once beautiful home. I love this style , it was high dollar construction when it was built. So sad the owner and his family had to give it up to let this destruction happen. Thanks for showing it before it get demolished. You're so close to the 100K Ethan 🎈🎉🎉
This is an atypical layout design and simple wood finishes and tiles from the eighties except for the luxury staircase and skylight. My parents had a home similar with a circular one. The front room is the formal living room and the room next to the kitchen with the fireplace is the family room. The kitchen in the basement is where all the cooking would be done so that the upstairs looked nice. This is well built. The flooring is in great shape. You don’t get wood floors like those. This Italian house was built to last. Would be a sin to waste all that wood, since we are in an environmental decline with our forests. We need more restoration and less trash. Thanks for the tour. Be safe.
OMG! I absolutely LOVE your car collection. In the few years I've been privileged enough to follow your channel, you've always gone a wee bit bonkers when you find either cars, or replica cars. You've often talked about what a perfect place your car collection would fit in the houses you explore. Good things are coming your way, Ethan. Just hang in there and continue to be true to your auto self and your continued efforts to document homes for posterity sake before they're demolished.
You are such a gentleman, giving a shout out to your buddy for tuning you into the location. This is just one of the reasons we love you so much. You're so genuine, authentic. This may, in all honesty, be a disadvantage at times. However, if you stay authentic and continue to explore your passions, despite the storms, you will eventually triumph. You have a really, really strong fan base!
wow this is incredible video Ethan , i been watching for at least three years since you started making your videos channel . That is a massive kitchen. ,when you read the wages 310 hour WTF wonder what these people do for a living crazy Thank you Ethan for the hard work an dedication with the video beautiful home peace ✌️✌️ out
I could literally smell 1986 again with you going through this house - my friend had a house with the same type of wood and same kitchen units and same tiles (but not such a fancy house much more modest). So wish someone would save the lovely staircase.
Hi , ETHAN ARE THOSE CARS YOUR , OR ARE THEY PART OF THE HOUSE YOU ARE SHOWING , WHAT A COOL COLLECTION. ALL BLESSINGS UNTO FROM OUR HOLY LORD JESUS CHRIST AND FAMILY AND FRIENDS.✝️
Nice house! Love houses with large rooms like that kitchen which I’m sure was a great family gathering space. Nice stair case reminiscent of Gone With the Wind, my favorite film. Could also be reminiscent of the Titanic staircase. Very grand. Basement was Im sure quite nice in its day when it was finished. Love the sunroom. Great for snow watching while staying warm from the reflected sun. And I love the brick fireplace. This one would be worthy of restoring. Wow Ethan! 99.2k. I predict it will be 100 by September! You deserve it Sir Explorer Extraordinaire!! Take care, be well, and stay safe!
Hi Ethan, Just wanted to let you know that that black filtration system in the basement was a water softener. The big garbage can looking container to the side of it is where you would put the water softener salt. Also I have noticed in all of these homes you called the front big room the family room. They were always referred to as the formal living room. The family rooms were always the room right off the kitchen. This was very typical for homes built in the GTA in the mid-80s to mid 2000s.😀 P.S. I can kind of guess that that $310 an hour in 2005 was probably for a lawyer.
You have quite the car collection Ethan. Thats so neat. Beautiful house. I call it a Titanic staircase. Was there a pool? Couldnt see a thing. Too much overgrowth. Beauty. Stupid vandals. Congrats Ethan, quite the milestone. We love your videos. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
I love that kitchen! My house was built in 1979 and we had the exact same light fixtures in our bedrooms as the one in the laundry room and one bedroom of this house

Always a great find! And as going through this massive home, and the curiosity of the damages, the holes in particular, the shape and height of the holes, and there’s no graffiti. What could’ve been used to make the holes, because in remembering a place my family moved into,a big funeral home.In the formal living room was a beautiful staircase to the left as from coming in the front door.As going up the stairs, was a big hole on the wall on the left, and (this also was during the 80’s) but some strange events occurred there of course, but some Legal Ghost Busters came to our house with briefcases etc.and after inspection said it was on the listings for that town to be the most haunted house. My family took heed and moved to Tampa,Florida almost immediately, but Mom missed the old place because we really just took a vacation, and decided to go back, but when we came back our house was not there, just grass and we weren’t gone that long! My family worked on that place a lot. So you never know the history from all the holes origination. It’s like that place is haunted.Be careful Ethan, people who are hanging out in some places,or just something like this... and watch out for those spiderwebs!😱👻🕸🕷But carry on my friend🕺🏻👀😁✅💖
Hi Ethan You sure do have an impressive collection of model cars. I like this house too. I love that huge kitchen. You could put a dining room table in there and still have lots of room. I didn’t care for the basement. It had a creepy vibe to it. Those stupid kids who came in and busted the walls for the copper. At least they didn’t put graffiti all over the place. That master bedroom was cool too. Did you ever find out if they had a pool? Oh and that sunroom was fantastic. It was as you would say massive. I like the 3 skylights too. Rich people do know how to live. This was a cool explore Ethan and I thank you for bringing us along with you. You are almost at 100K. Woo Hoo!!👍🎉🎊. Until next time stay safe and healthy. I also follow James (Static Spaces)😊

Hello Ethan this home is beautiful love the staircase. Keep up the great job. Stay safe out there.
Hey Ethan nice job on that many subscribers and that house is beautiful and I love your car collection.
Hi Ethan,
Just wanted to let you know that that black filtration system in the basement was a water softener. The big garbage can looking container to the side of it is where you would put the water softener salt. Also I have noticed in all of these homes you called the front big room the family room. They were always referred to as the formal living room. The family rooms were always the room right off the kitchen. This was very typical for homes built in the GTA in the mid-80s to mid 2000s.😀
P.S. I can kind of guess that that $310 an hour in 2005 was probably for a lawyer.
Big house so sad to see it destroyed bet it was beautiful in it's day good job Ethan ❤
Nice home for its time Enjoyed 😉
Another great find.......keep it up !!!!!!!!
The house is still insured by someone. That's why the power is on. Please slow down, making me too dizzy to watch❤️
WOW. The house seemed to be well constructed. A shame that a nice house is sitting empty. Seems like an ideal spot for a largwer family.
Beautiful front door. Love the window
I no this house was beautiful back then nice kitchen wow imagine making 300:10 dollars a hour I wood never leave wow
Hi Ethan love your car collection it cool .

Always do your best ❤God bless you always 🙏 ❤️
Wow those car cases are so nice! Where did ya get them???? Great explore! 🥰🥰🥰
i was thinking the same thing .
Congratulations on 100K!!!!!
I collect die cast, too.
Awesome channel, Ethan. I just subscribed.
Love your DM shirt. I’m a huge fan! ❤
This is gonna be awesome!
Hey Ethan,
I have two theories on the possibilities as to why the lights are still on.
1) if this house was just vacated this year 2023, It's possible that whoever pays the Hydro One had prepaid for a year.
2) or it was just an oversight by whoever was doing the land transfers and Hydro One to turn it off.
Keep up the great work. I'm enjoying your videos. 😀
❤ this explore well done ethan
Omg! Ethan!! Your collection of square body Chevrolet’s in the background of your intro! I’d be going crazy!!
The house is not my style but sad to see such of a nice place vandalized like that. What a shame. Is it next to a freeway? It sounded like it when you went upstairs. Luckily the power was still on to keep that sump pump going or else the basement would have probably been flooded.
Beautiful Home❤
Nice cars collection.
Hey Ethan where did you get your car display case from been looking for one like that for my husband ? Thanks...
😮 pretty nice at one time. Thanks.
😮 Hot Wheels, you must be home! Very nice collection Ethan!
No, Thank you Ethan for everything! ❤
Oh yay vandalism 😢
Awesome staircase!
Thank you James!
And Thank you Ethan!
Im shocked the French doors are still in one piece. Nice red room!
$310 an hour?! 😮 must be nice!!
I wonder what they do for a living?! 😂 ikr!
If i made that $, I'd definitely build a "modern split level" house, those have been my favorite!
Thank you Ethan, good explore!
Great video as always Ethan and you rock man 👍❤️😎

That $310 per hour, the owner must have been a solicitor.
Thanks for sharing!!!
You have so many subscribers because you seem like a very nice guy and you have very good videos
Love your hot wheels/matchbox collection. Do you have a lot of redlines ? 🧡
this makes me feel old, I was in High School in 1986 lol
Let’s gooooo 100k! 😇
You should do a show on how you started this channel and things that interest you.
Awesome shirt! Great Album!
Hi Ethan
You sure do have an impressive collection of model cars. I like this house too. I love that
huge kitchen. You could put a dining room table in there and still have lots of room.
I didn’t care for the basement. It had a creepy vibe to it.
Those stupid kids who came in and busted the walls for the copper. At least they
didn’t put graffiti all over the place. That master bedroom was cool too. Did you
ever find out if they had a pool? Oh and that sunroom was fantastic. It was as you
would say massive. I like the 3 skylights too. Rich people do know how to live.
This was a cool explore Ethan and I thank you for bringing us along with you.
