Random guard: SHOOT THE THING ON SIGHT researcher from scp foundation: hey hey, bullets aren’t doing anything, so I have a more effective plan... *pulls out micro hid turret*
No, the guards shown here are probably regular guards from a military or private contractor, which explains why they didn't really know how to fight it, while the helicopters that flew in are obviously part of the Foundation as they have the SCP logo
The guards are a pmc hired by the research center that the scp breached from. Most likely they were as expendable as d-class in the eyes of the foundation. The people in heli’s, nah thats foundation.
This was fucking awesome. Great job to all involved! Now, I have a few theories regarding this. So the contractors have US symbols on their uniform. It's possible they worked for a US company, but I'm willing to bet that this site is in the US. Assuming it is in the US, I imagine the US government was involved to some extent in this facility, but they also have deals with the Foundation and are one of it's most powerful allied nations. I highly doubt that they would let a private company keep it and NOT turn them in to the foundation. They have no real motives to keep that company afloat. So I believe the site was under three possible jurisdictions... Option A: It was owned by a private company without the knowledge or consent of the US government and intelligence agencies, or the knowledge (in theory) or consent of the SCP Foundation. Option B: It was directly owned by the US government being used for their personal interests and agendas against the consent of the Foundation and (in theory) without their knowledge of it's existence, and all site personnel are either posing as (or were lied to and legitimately believe they are) contractors for deniability reasons. Option C: This is the coolest option in my opinion, the site was owned by a rival to the SCP organization (for example, the Chaos Insurgency). And said rival had either hired PMCs to run security for it, or had their site personnel pose as contractors to hide their hand. Now, as for how it escaped I have two theories. The first being it legitimately just broke containment. Either it found a weakness, or someone made an error, it just straight up broke out. The second theory is much more interesting. Given all of the evidence, it's safe to say this site was not owned by the Foundation, but it is certainly within their interests to gain control of it and or the SCP(s) it contains. What I'm suggesting here is that the breakout was an inside job done by Foundation agents. This would let the SCP clear out the base of any hostiles without them needing to put it to siege (which would be awfully hard to do in secret), and it would eliminate resistance as they're seen as swooping in to the rescue of all surviving personnel. Of course, it's also in the interests of a government agency or rival to the Foundation to try and create the containment breach for the exact same reasons, but keep in mind, it was Foundation MTF that responded, and not military or 3rd party units. Another thing to keep in mind is that MTF showed up awfully fast for some "random accident". Again, you guys did an amazing job with this, and if you plan to continue the series more power to you. SCP isn't done enough in films, and you guys did an amazing job. One of the best SCP films I've seen, keep up the good work!
if i remember correctly there is a "rival" government men in black style organization called the global occult coalition and i believe they're pretty much allies with the foundation as they really just wanna do the same things contain and protect the secrecy of the objects, the only real difference between these two organizations is that while the foundations first reaction is to contain and keep it contained, the GOC's first reaction is "how can we kill it?" i'm also pretty sure governments more openly support the GOC (as far as special mostly classified branches of a UN military can be) and thus the soldiers would probably still have the markings of their related military or at least that's how i understand the relations between the GOC and the foundation.
wraith dino it all really depends,on the scp Wikipedia. It’s states that in different times. They are with the Foundation, against the Foundation, or not involved at all. As the Foundation contains and studies theses anomaly’s, the GOC is to eliminate any anomaly. For example, the Foundation and the GOC would be one the same side on the elimination of SCP-682. And take another SCP like SCP-999, the GOC opinion would still be to kill it.
My thoughts: Might have been a Private Company that was studying some anomalous things under secret US authorization. The Foundation must have known about it of course, given their MTF response. So they must have had some kind of inside knowledge, maybe an agent under cover. I hope the soldier that manages to survive gets to stick around and maybe join up with the MTF that responds! I liked him, I'd bet he'd make a good agent :)
Amazing. Even though the budget is only that, you could easily think it was way more. Speaks of the creator's ability. I'll definitely be watching all scp content of yours

@@pepirik Well to be honest, civilians won't know what the logo means. And if you happen to be one of the people who know, they are probably there because of you.

The SCP was awesome, very different, mysterious and threatening. Primitive.
Great atmosphere. The actors were realistic and tense and confused.
"Our team is here to help but you must cooperate, drop your weapon and stay on the ground" Is this the Chaos Insurgency haha. I loved the movie
No, the guards shown here are probably regular guards from a military or private contractor, which explains why they didn't really know how to fight it, while the helicopters that flew in are obviously part of the Foundation as they have the SCP logo
Shtuffs they’re private contractors
The guards are a pmc hired by the research center that the scp breached from. Most likely they were as expendable as d-class in the eyes of the foundation.
The people in heli’s, nah thats foundation.
@@shtuffs not entirely, the Chaos Insurgency have moles and infiltrate the Foundation, so it is likely Foundation personnel you never know.
Jam _4 -- No this is just AMC in six months, that creature 682 was a living chunk of gum + bucket of stale popcorn from planet X.
Ryan Casey damn all that typing for only 28 likes.
wraith dino it all really depends,on the scp Wikipedia.
Well the scp foundation is acknowledged by the UN I think
Also,why does every PMC have a t shirt,Kevlar vest,and backwards hat

Very good! Loved the CGI, and just goes to show that you don't need a big budget to create something amazing!
What theories do you have for what happened at the Green Hill Research & Testing Facility?
They tried to contain an alien but it didn't understand. SCP Foundation, I thought you would understand this stuff by now.
MrKlay Since the uniforms had the US flag on them, I suppose it was a government-run facility that eventually becomes Site-22.
halosammy14 👌👍
My thoughts: Might have been a Private Company that was studying some anomalous things under secret US authorization. The Foundation must have known about it of course, given their MTF response. So they must have had some kind of inside knowledge, maybe an agent under cover.
I hope the soldier that manages to survive gets to stick around and maybe join up with the MTF that responds! I liked him, I'd bet he'd make a good agent :)

I'll say that this short film made really good use of the CGI and audio, I see many short films have bad audio, characters don't act correctly, and the CGI will usually look completely unrealistic. This short film though was different, the acting was good, the audio was good, and the CGI didn't look like garbage. I think you should get invited to a major film company, or become your own future generation film company.
