Honestly, that cloud piece looks like it’s worth about $5500. The cloud part doesn’t even look nice, and it’s not that big. He could have a nice letter “Z” just like he originally asked for, for the same money, all fully bust down in 14k. That guy in the blue shirt fast talked him into getting 10k, and gave him a ring he didn’t want. That customer does NOT look excited about that piece at all.

You're completely right they do not sell real diamonds there that's why all their diamonds say VV2-SI1 H quality and they're all extremely tiny because when I asked them for a Gia certification they said they can't because the diamonds are too small

If you intend on buying an expensive diamond or expensive piece of jewellery with diamonds it’s worth investing in a diamond tester and I don’t mean a $30 one from eBay you should be paying at least $300 for a reliable tester that actually tests diamonds.
Diamonds usually come with a certificate saying what diamond/diamonds you just purchased. Well at least I know that's how it is for the Wedding and Engagement Ring circle. Also I am sure you can get a cert from the jewelry company you bought from if you just simply ask, I wouldn't buy such an expensive stone without a Certification. If they have nothing to hide, you should be able to get a Cert easy
