- This is my video on what I think are the Teen Titans' most intense moments. I have looked throughout as many episodes as i can for the most spine-chilling and tense moments throughout the whole series, and I hope I got it right. If I missed something big, I apologize, but otherwise, enjoy!

What about the scene where Raven beats the crap out of Slade and says "I'm not afraid of you anymore!" And then Slade said "You may not fear me, but look who's afraid of you!" And then she turns around and sees how horrified the other Titans are.

I had a kid ask me if this was the original Teen Titans Go. I got the pleasure of educating a 10 year old on what the true original is. He loves this one more now.

I see your point with #1, but to me that was the saddest episode when I was a kid. The most intense episode was "Haunted" in my opinion. That episode brought a whole different tone to the series.

I got super chills when Raven's eyes lit up and she says "it'll be the last thing you ever do!"
I almost forgotten what this show was like thanks to Go version.
I remember relating to starfire and all the other characters struggles even when I was a kid when I first came to america, it is a show I will never forget. I wish cartoon network thought the same and gave it the final season it deserved

It always amazed me how the 'comic-relief' character managed to be in the centre of so many of the most intense parts of the show. Seriously, BB is quite the character that way.
Overall, Beast Boy and Raven had the most development, I'd say with Beast Boy just edging out Raven in development. He definitely had some of the most intense scenes as he not only was relatively close to every major character, but he managed to whoop Slade's ass (and his robotic counterpart's ass) more frequently than Robin was throughout the entire series.
Hell, BB's strengths go well beyond just simply kicking Slade's ass too...
In "Betrayal," you see Beast Boy actually getting it to the point where Slade was emoting fear (which was basically the only time I remember Slade breaking his stoic front in the entire series).
In "The Beast Within," he made Robin (the highly-trained former-apprentice of the Dark Knight, mind you) flinch, and Robin and Cyborg were having a hell of a time trying to bring the Werebeast down.
In "The End, Part 2," he made Trigon the Terrible cry out in pain (though, to be fair to Trigon, that's the most reasonable response to suddenly having a whale in your ear).
In "Titans Together," 'stupid,' 'immature' Beast Boy LED the assault that resulted in the permanent defeat to the Brotherhood of Evil-a group which had defeated and frozen Robin and even continuously eluded and (prior to the events of "Homecoming, Part 1,") defeated Mento. A crowning example of the "Crouching Moron, Hidden Badass" trope in full effect.

BB got the most development, Raven comes 2nd, Robin comes 3rd, Cyborg comes 4th and Terra comes 5th, (because ultimately she did ran away, from her past even if by a different way this time around)

Rougue Slayer Same. I'm old enough to drink now, and the emotional moments of this show still hit me hard.
This show is a fine example of something that can withstand the test of time. It's right up there with Todd MacFarlane's Spawn as far as being an entertaining and memorable show goes.

Funny, this was the first time a form of media made me cry. I was 6 when I saw Terra, my favorite character, die and sobbed. Now I'm 21 and that STILL hits me deep

This show was cut off to soon. There was still so much more we could have seen and done with it. I hate how CN's reasons for canceling it was they "Didn't want a super hero show". They basicly took one of there best shows and threw it away. And news flash CH, alot if your other shows involve heros. Just look at Adventure Time, Regular Show and even the pile of rubish and filth they call the "remake". It just gets me VERY worked up.
Even if they wanted to cancel it because it was "too violent", couldn't they just continue it, but shoe it on Adult Swim, or Boomerang? They play it on Boomerang, and just because you don't want it on your channel, doesn't mean you have to stop the show completely CN...
Sierra Meriedeth Boomerang doesn't play it anymore, along with other old cartoons from the 60s-70s. Now it's just reruns of new CN shows, The Looney Tunes Show, The Garfield Show, The Tom and Jerry Show, and What's New Scooby Doo. 24/7.
Also, changing the logo, and adding commercials is hurting the network as well.

It just seems insulting that they had the same voice cast. Why not continue from the previous season that still had a lot of potential. Oh right, that would take creative thinking and intelligence.
The scene where the Brotherhood of Evil was taking down every Teen Titan in Calling all Titans! was pretty intense too. Not as intense as these scenes but maybe as an honorable mention?

Background Characters are useless cowards
I like many of these on the list, but for me: I'd say #1 spot truly deserves to go to either Raven or Beast Boy. Both were by far the most complex characters, with the most intense moments in the series.
How robin had some really intense deep things about himself

I think that either beast boy or robin is the main main character of this series because even though all the other characters grew, robin dealt with his obsession with slade and beast boy is this show’s rag doll because he has to deal with the terra part, the part where he kinda turns into the monster thing, how he the dumbest titan (even though he’s not dumb) and I’m pretty sure he’s the youngest too right?
Agent 9 I think those 5 are the main focus although beast boy and robin are similar yet so different
Both of them are veteran hero (in their own age) by joining the team before this. however their personalities are different robin is serious but beast boy are happy lucky guy.
this show had comedy,but it also had alot of dark moments...and that's why we love it

see what people dont understand was. season finale was gonna have another season but so much was going on. for one the cast and crew couldnt finalized the next season. cartoon network could care less because they were slowly fading about fighting, anime, or superhero cartoons because they were to pricey. thats why we see uncle grandpa gumball n the worst show ever created regular show. Another reason why good cartoons were canceled because they found them to extreme for kids....well they THINK as in real life even these little kids want the old cartoons and anime there older siblings showed them.

ME CAPITALIZING IT WILL MAKE MY COMMET BETTER) ratings sky rocketed 4.8 out of 5 stars. causing cartoon network to adopt better shows which lead up to teen titans in 2003 then anime shows like naruto ,one piece dare i say it even dragonballZ. Now your regular show: regular show received 2.7 out of 5 it was enough to keep your show on air congrats. As for CN you notice once regular show came out gumball came or uncle grandpa? Because CN is broke as fuck. Its begging for cheap shows to keep the running. Our past 90s cartoons even got animeafied and created fusion fall. Created by the directors of famous japanese directors and the group of voice actors from the cartoons. "Well regular show was on fusion fall too" Haha please once the new shows made it to fusion fall, it falled. Because the game wasnt getting money from the new CN causing the great game to end. Infact thats when CartoonNetwork became CN. Once fusionfall was officially free to play thats when it began. Now back to the main issue currently CN is on the borderline there not poor nor wealthy because of the few good shows cn have. CN got very lucky adventure time and gumball turned there act around those two shows turn shit and spit into gold and holy fucking water. Because they have meaning to their shows.At first adventure time was surprise they got accepted to join cn from the turn down by nickeloden. So the beginning of the few episodes were ehh and giggles. Now it has comedy and a dark plot which we teenagers love. Gumball is straoght comedy 1st and 2nd season was horrible CN was gonna kick the shit out off air. But some how they made the show alot more satisfying to laugh at. I dont hate ur generation of new shows. But regular show doesnt have "it" Basically i can make a regular show episode right now. Mordecai and rigby: watching tv is awesome lets not work and do the same routine we wont get fired because its been over 50 dam episodes and benson will have a five second hissy fit and move on. *continues watching tv*

Then near the first 9 minutes of the episode the tv wizard comes and tries to brainwash them. All mordecai and rigby have to do its find the remote which will be some dumb unnecessary event to get it. N boom one horrible so called jokey comment and end of episode. You have to be the most childish of the childs to laugh at regular show. Now you see how instead of me saying "you dumb immature brat you have no idea what your talking about. kj walton I mostly agree with you, except for Regular show and The Amazing World of Gumball, similar to Adventure time and Steven Universe, they are both great shows with good humor and have serious moments that speak about morality or emotional connections, plus their creative. Now Uncle Grandpa, Clarence, and the New Yu-Gi-Oh, those are HORRIBLE shows like Spongebob Squarepants.
MrAlejandrohb see i can respect that. But either or 1st season of regular show had horrible ratings they didnt even have enough to make a season finale(till some actually start liking it). N even tho i dont like the characters of steven universe i love the plot itself. How they actually put effort in making you emotional thats what makes a good cartoon ,if it lacks bad animation or lack of humor. Which i feel like towards regular show its not funny! slade has to be the most brick shitting character on the show, you can never tell if its him or a robot. what he is gonna do and whos it gonna affect, and more importantly. what is behind his mask... let alone capable of controling hte most powerful titan there, terra.. that is a foe that will make you shit bricks... and shit them the right way!
I always loved the scene where the titans r explaining why they need to take Terra down.

BB: When you were looking for Slade did we give up on you.”

Omega Mass Robin is more of a tactical fighter. That why he's the leader. Beast Boy is more raw strength due to his shapeshifting ability.
Robin can actually beat the real slade in season 5 so he's better :3
Why the heck are you arguing about who’s stronger, they’re both strong in their own different ways! Robin is an extremely clever fighter, while Beast Boy is an extremely powerful fighter. Both are orphans, both have defeated the real Slade on their own before, both have shown amazing leadership qualities, (watch Titans Together if you’re confused on how Beast Boy has shown leadership qualities) both have been through some heavy emotional stress, and both are extremely strong and formidable. Can we just admit that they are two *very* different people, and stop constantly bickering about who’s the strongest Titan, because in reality, there is no strongest Titan.
Jalen Paradox Robin was better than skull Slade in The end though.
I love how the most intense moments were from Beast Boy, the character who is considered to be the comic relief. It really shows that there is more to him than just being funny.
I feel as though sometimes people forget how strong Raven really was.

I love Teen Titan's Slade the best. My kind of "evil" even though "evil" doesn't even truly exist. By that I mean evil is not a real fact of life. Neither is good. There are just different groups of people wanting to obtain different results based on their own beliefs.
Did you know that Slade is actually Deathstroke. Pretty much the most lethal assassin in the entire DC universe. He's basically a more serious version of Marvel's Deadpool.

Moments like these are why people hate GO! The serious issues and dangerous situations made the show as good as it was.
Personally #7 and its episode were the most intense for me,BB's tantrum was because he is infected but i felt like the initial rage is really there,how he is sick of everybody treating him with no respect and especially Raven (who started #7),i felt like he was finally letting go of his real feelings of being underestimated all the time.
Also the seriousness in which the team started hunting down BB and how Robin treated him was TOO intense,it's like Robin was more ready to cast BB off then to help him >>"

One of my favorite things about this series that every titan has at 1 moment or the other wrecked shop on the other titans.

Cyborg - when he went undercover at Hive academy
Starfire - her first visit to Earth
Raven - during the last day on earth. literally KOed everyone
Beast Boy - when he morphed into that megamonsteradonisthing

This. I get having Beast Boy scenes, but he had all of season 5 to go through. Hell, don't get me wrong, Terra's moments were intense, but Cyborg, and especially Robin, Raven, and Beast Boy have far bigger moments than Terra.

This was a good list; the only one I personally didn't find as tense was the "We have to fly" scene. I liked seeing the moment where Robin grabbed Starfire's arm, because I actually tend to forget about that part, especially because it's been so long since I watched the episode. The one moment that always gave me chills was the ending of that episode. Everything seems alright, though quiet, and then they notice Cyborg being quiet and looking at the computer. "The reagent in Slade's mask didn't trigger itself. There was a signal. Somebody triggered it. From OUTSIDE the tower." And then it just slowly zooms in on Slade's mask in the darkness. It always creeped me out how serious and quiet that moment was, especially considering how both Starfire and Raven went wide-eyed, and the mystery of who could have activated the reagent.
For number 9 I alway thought Robin and star were a couple for that season

If it were up to me, I would bring the show back. It had everything from action to comedy. Cartoon Network nowadays is all about comedy which I don't mind having a laugh here and there, but it gets really annoying.

When I was a kid I always thought terra said you were the best friend I ever had but now watching this I am pretty sure she said you were the best friend I never had also I think you should of had some raven and her being the portal to her father scenes because that season was good and sad

I would have personally thought that the last part of the battle Robin has with his hallucination of Slade in "Haunted" was the #1 most intense moment of the entire series, but this was a pretty good compilation.

Great list! One I would add is definitely the fight between Terra and Raven, I think it was more intense than the fight between Robin and Terra, but that's just my personal opinion. Either way, props! :)

#6 Was one of my favorite episodes. It's pretty dark and clever at the same time.
Teen Titans was never the same for me after Terra was gone...and Teen Titans Go's version of Terra pisses me off. She was a complex character! How dare they write her off as just an evil villain >_
TTGO probably has Terra more similar in the comics as she wasn't as complex there as she was always batshit evil in the comics. The show changed her slightly to a person the audience could sympathize with.
The fact that Slade was in a majority of these scenes shows he was the Titan's greatest villain. Yeah sure there was the god like Trigon or the Brotherhood, Blood and so on but Slade was the villain that didn't need powers of his own most of the time. He was a superb tactician and manipulator of his time and even forced two Titans to be his apprentices on separate occasions.
And if you want to really get into it as Death Stroke he took on and beat every major member of the justice league.
Slade was the best because he is an expert manipulator hence his mastery at assassination, but with kids he just likes to toy with them.
***** I was referring to where Slade forced them to be his apprentices and serve him for his goals alone. The Prophecy was something different.

They make death stroke look a lot more powerful than he really is. He is just like batman but kills. Which is why batman is his great opponent and batman always beats him.
One of my Fav parts is when slade goes "who knows i might even be a father to you" and Robin replys with "I already had a father " and the next scene trancends into bats flying , such a awesome reference to Batman
