I used to beg my mom to let me eat the heart every time we grilled chicken when I was a kid. It was always my favorite! Please keep making great videos!
It must be good sailing around different parts of the Caribbean and running into people you have met in other places, or on their RUclips channels such as Taylor who I see is now touring around Canada in a van.
One factoid about chicken hearts....Brazil is d largest exporter of poultry in d world....but it imports chicken hearts....because Brazilians consume it so much...I luv the stuff...
I lived in the Philippines for a long time, I've seen BBQ chicken guts, even chicken feet, but never BBQ chicken hearts ! However, it does not seem as strange as feet (Adidas in local slang) ! Thanks again for sharing your adventures, they never get boring !!
It's a small world :-) enjoy the chicken, did you cook it in chicken blood too?, my mother in law (pt) makes that too. i dont like it too, Great shot with the rainbow!!!!, It was a nice vlog again!, looking forward for the next one. greetings Hans
Beautiful video. But if I was younger and had the money I would build you a drive up dingy platform attached to the rear of the boat. It would have rollers like a boat trailer, you could drive up on the rollers and lock the dingy on and go no towing, you step off the platform on odd and right into the dingy put the motor down start up and back off and go. Be safe stay healthy enjoy your week.
The official name for that four mast ships is ‘Tall ships’. In Amsterdam there is this event Sail Amsterdam, next time 2025, where the harbour is welcoming a fleet of tallships
Hi Guys, I have watched your channel from the beginning. The work you did restoring Odd was interesting and professional. The content was excellent. Since you splashed Odd you worked your way up the coast into the Caribbean. The content seems to be a little repetitive. You sail from one city to another meeting friends along the way. Doing a little snorkeling and surfing. Please try to incorporate a little of the history of the locations. Maybe a motor scooter to the top of a mountain, or a hike? Please accept this as a positive advice and not criticism as we are all impressed with your numerous accomplishments and talent.👍🥰
I’ve actually tried to buy chicken hearts in bulk, we only get them mixed with gizzards but like 10 hearts and 30 gizzards per pack, they are great on the smoker
Magnificent 5 master . 1 of my neighbours is from Martinique , I think she is there right now . Good, fun video . What the hell was Taylor doing out there ? ;) Well , obviously on holiday i guess :)
Awesome episode as always! But what was that at 14:10 ? It looked like a swan, but they're -sweet- fresh water birds.. I guess it was a plastic bag that caught some wind? Also love to Taylor and you guys (chicken heart is delicious)! -edit FRESH water xD
It will be nice if you can put the date of the video, to know the time line. My uncle was the captain of the 5-masted sailboat that you see in the video, the STRAR CLIPPER and I would have liked to tell you when he was there and on what date, but unfortunately I don't know when you were in Martinique
Liver? Yes! Heart's? Not so much! We eat the same thing here. We call it 'Pipis' . Gizzards, livers, necks, hearts, paws, garlic, tomatoes, parsley. Etc. I like everything. But, the hearts. I really don't like it to. The flavour?! It's... Flavourless! 😉
Do you still have contact the the man that helped you so much with boat repair? I can’t remember his name, but he was working on his own boat. I think he was an engineer and did a lot of your wiring. Was his name Ben? ❤
be carefull with the subtitles. Proxeneta is the man or woman that explode to the prostitutes. Thank tou for the big work you made. besos y abrazos desde el otro lado del Atlantico
The Filipinos put chicken heart in some of their dishes and I cant eat them. Its not the taste, its the texture of it breaking apart in my mouth that I dont like.
As always, another super groovy episode. Always nice to hang with the sailing champion Taylor. Stay safe and stay groovy.
So happy to be friends that you met along the way! Can’t wait to see you both again on the journey 😊 Texas is ready for you guys to visit 🤠

Chicken hearts, gizzards and livers FRIED! YUMMY! That's what we do in the south (USA). And of course giblet gravy at Thanksgiving. 😋😋😋
All the talk of chicken hearts and Brasileiro barbecue has my mouth watering. Some of the best food i have eaten was at Brazilian truck stops!

Awesome video, centerboards allow you to explore well into places other sailboats cant go!

Indeed. This season has been great! We wish one day we can do this tour of Canada with them, it seems to be an amazing country
Love watching you guys have so much fun with friends and with the boat you restored! Wish I could double and triple like! :) Thank you for sharing!
💕
I first had chicken heart in Hong Kong. The thought of it is strange but I live the taste!
Muito legal treinar o equilíbrio🤩 Adorei o episódio, como sempre muito gostoso de ver🙌
🥰

And this year , we have Sail in Den Helder !

Are you going to get a spinnaker and will you also install some sort of bowsprit?
Magnificent 5 master . 1 of my neighbours is from Martinique , I think she is there right now . Good, fun video . What the hell was Taylor doing out there ? ;) Well , obviously on holiday i guess :)
Seems I was there one year too early, just a few sailers back than. I took one month time to explore Martinique and Fort de France.
Awesome episode as always!
But what was that at 14:10 ?

Is that Taylor from Sailing Doodles?
Awesome 👍🏽 but I wont eat chicken harts 🤢
I might last three seconds on that
Lobsters pot (cage) are used to capture lobsters... not nets.

How has “Kelly”been behaving on this long voyage?
pretty sure that this is not the reason why Brazilians eat chicken hearts. it is pretty common in Portugal and Asia as well.
@4:50 what ship is that square rigger?
ANTI-LIVESTOCK Gates baby!
Do you still have contact the the man that helped you so much with boat repair? I can’t remember his name, but he was working on his own boat. I think he was an engineer and did a lot of your wiring. Was his name Ben? ❤
you have 283 twice
I don't like chicken hearts. They are tough and have a weird texture. I love chicken liver though.
I’m the opposite (Roberta here). I love chicken heart as a barbecue as well
be carefull with the subtitles. Proxeneta is the man or woman that explode to the prostitutes. Thank tou for the big work you made. besos y abrazos desde el otro lado del Atlantico
Subtitles in Spanish you mean? Spanish is automatic from RUclips, I don’t know enough Spanish for that. Sorry 😁
The Filipinos put chicken heart in some of their dishes and I cant eat them. Its not the taste, its the texture of it breaking apart in my mouth that I dont like.
chicken hearts...nasty
