Hey friends!!! IM SO SO excited to share today's video! I've done a lot of makeovers here on my channel but this modern farmhouse kitchen is THE one I've wanted to do for years now. I hope yall enjoy and it gives you some inspiration and encouragement to tackle some of those DIY projects you've been waiting on in your own homes.

This turned out amazing…I love the painted cabinets on top with the dark ones still the same. Love the tile backsplash it finishes the wall..you did a great job 👍👍👍

Thank you for inspiring me with your kitchen makeover your cabinets are gorgeous and the color is perfect with your counter tops i need to paint my cabinets they have been painted before and I get overwhelmed thinking about getting started but watching the way you do a couple at a time has inspired me you don’t have to do all of them at one time and taking them down all at one time I have never thought about it I was getting overwhelmed doing all at the same time thank you for sharing love how everything is gorgeous you have a new beautiful kitchen ❤
Awe you so much!!! I will say, the thought of taking them all down at one time was giving me serious anxiety but I was determined to get them done! So with little ones I knew it would be unreasonable to try and push myself to do them all at once. So-- definitely take your time!!! Your the one who has do it, lives in your home, and will be enjoying it for as long as you want. I have to remind myself, I’m doing this for me, because I want to. Not for anyone else! So I just have to slow down and do what works for me in the season I’m in right now. But you can totally do it!! I’m no professional- but I think there are so many tools to help make DIYs possible without all the added stress. So- if you start, keep my updated!! I wanna know how it’s going!

Very beautiful! You gave me so much confidence/motivation to paint our kitchen cabinets! You did this project with a lot of grace and patience. I always get nervous seeing other videos take apart the entire kitchen cabinets, sanding, dust, etc. YOU really inspired me🙌🏻

I love the color of the cabinets!! The back splash is so pretty and looks so easy!! My husband and I want to makeover our kitchen as well! We had been looking into peel and stick as well!

Can I confirm if you used the color diverse beige on your cabinets? And alabaster on the walls? I am reaching these colors and they look so different than they did in your video.

We used peel and stick back splash and it’s almost a year and it still looks amazing ! Enjoy the new look because it beautiful great job ! ❤️

I used that liquid sand when i painted by bed and i did it all in my bedroom and just took out the mattress
Love the color of the cabinets and how it even looks with the lower ones the dark color still. The backsplash turned out great and you made it look so easy to put it up. Can't wait till the big final reveal

new subscriber and just seeing this as I am researching how to paint cabinets. I absolutely love yours. I noticed you didn't use primer was the primer already in the paint. Iam so nervous about painting mine, but you made it look so easy.
Yes mam is was! And mine are pretty dark- I hope this helps!! :) I was really nervous at first- I’ve never done anything like this before- you can totally do it!! Just work in sections. @@AshleighPhelps They r dark brown stained. I live n a rental however my Dad owns it, so I am allowed to do anything within reason to update the place!

Thank you! Its and eggshell finish- I didnt want a super glossy look. AND its easy to clean too!
The tile looks nice but I would not put these peel and stick tiles on a rental wall. They may peel up easily when you first apply, but after time, they will damage the sheet rock wall for sure.
