- Wakko's America (aka Wakko's States and Capitals song), but 154 movie characters sing the lyrics instead!
'Yakko's World: sung by the movies' proved very popular, so I decided to give the same Hollywood treatment to the other legendary geography song from the popular kids animated show: Animaniacs! In this Wakko Warner parody/recut/remix, I've taken its instrumental and overlayed it with popular movie characters singing the names of the 50 US State capitals instead!
Big big thank you to @Brock Baker for voicing Wakko! Go check out his channel: / brockbaker
LYRICS:
And now, the 50 US States and their capitals, brought to you by.... the movies!
Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Indianapolis, Indiana
And Columbus is the capital of Ohio
There's Montgomery, Alabama, south of Helena, Montana
Then there's Denver, Colorado, under Boise, Idaho
Texas has Austin, then we go north
To Massachusetts, Boston, and Albany, New York
Tallahassee, Florida, and Washington, D.C.
Santa Fe, New Mexico, and Nashville, Tennessee
Trenton's in New Jersey north of Jefferson, Missouri
You got Richmond in Virginia, South Dakota has Pierre
Harrisburg's in Pennsylvania and Augusta's up in Maine
And here is Providence, Rhode Island, next to Dover, Delaware
Concord, New Hampshire, just a quick jaunt
To Montpelier, which is up in Vermont
Hartford's in Connecticut, so pretty in the fall
And Kansas has Topeka, Minnesota has St. Paul
Juneau's in Alaska and there's Lincoln in Nebraska
And it's Raleigh out in North Carolina and then
There's Madison, Wisconsin and Olympia in Washington
Phoenix, Arizona, and Lansing, Michigan
Here's Honolulu, Hawaii's a joy
Jackson, Mississippi, and Springfield, Illinois
South Carolina with Columbia down the way
And Annapolis in Maryland on Chesapeake Bay
Cheyenne is in Wyomin' and perhaps you make your home in
Salt Lake City out in Utah, where the Buffalo roam
Atlanta's down in Georgia, and there's Bismarck, North Dakota
And you can live in Frankfort in your old Kentucky home
Salem in Oregon, from there we join
Little Rock in Arkansas, Iowa's got Des Moines
Sacramento, California, Oklahoma, and its city
Charleston, West Virginia, and Nevada, Carson City
That's all the capitals there are!

@The Unusual Suspect That was awesome. Also happy holidays
Happy Holidays Squidge! Watching from Japan! I've been a fan since the OG Harry Potter days, it's great to see how far you've come.
@@thecabbagepatch4318 Same, it has been fantastic growing up with RJ! I still remember the day I started watching was because he was the only reviewer who didn't prefer Garfield over Maguire.
Can you do I'm Cute Sung By The Movies? My little sister will love it.
I eat rocks
“I’m sorry you were supposed to put your response in the form of a question”
*Smashes own head over with keyboard.
I did actually consider incorporating the whole skit somehow and green screening myself into the Jeopardy bit, but it made the video drag.
@@TheUnusualSuspect And Tim Curry at 1:55 was enough drag already?
@@TheUnusualSuspect Can you put All Alone on Christmas, right now?
from Darlene
🥺😩
I was thinking "Why didn't he use 'Juno' for Juneau?" and then there's a clip from Juno seconds later. Ha! Also, I loved this, super well done! Thanks for having me be a part. :)
whoa only one like and zero replies?
ok Brock Baker
Hi, this is embarassing but...
i luv u
@@_xndr7027 ok Some Guy
@@brockbaker you got me with that one
Of course the Simpsons had to say “Springfield.”
And JD for Ohio, and Jack Kelly for Santa Fe lol
and Dorothy for Kansas
I was thinking the exact same thing.
And Schwarzenegger California
Good thing the simsons got their own movie
"And Columbus is the capital of Ohi- Oh it's all the same!"
FABOO!!!😋
I figured this might happen...
"You would know about taking all the credit mister countries of the world." - Wakko 2020
who knew wakko was salty
interestingly, in the original series,Dot also has shown some saltiness about Yakko's World.
@@miserirken "Oh thank you Mr. United States, Canada, Mexico, Panama! Big woop."
As well as scouring for movies that say specific words, and finding out when in the movie they say them
Don’t deny it. We all needed this in these difficult times
Edit: THX FOR ALL THE LIKES!!
"Elvis used to hang out there a lot, you know"
''They have wonderful clam chowder.''
"... but not St. John, St. George, or St. Ringo." 🙂
And he's still there if you believe the tabloids.
Is everyone going to ignore how hard it is to make this video? This guy deserves credit for putting so much time and effort into finding these movies that match the lyrics.
Editing this must've been a nightmare, this guy deserves a medal or something.
And counting how many movies there are
Editing something like this is a 🐻. :)
I love how Arnold Schwarzenegger said California because he was one of the state’s governors
What a fitting video, considering the Animaniacs just got rebooted!
And also considering Alex Trebek (the song is in a Jeopardy parody) passed away… :(
“A surprise to be sure, but a welcome one”
0/10
No "They have wonderful clam chowder"
-10 No Elvis
Good. Clam chowder showing up after Maryland is a complete non sequitur.
-5 No, “but not St. George, St. John, or St. Ringo.”
A masterpiece of randomness.
We all knew which movie should say Springfield.
This is so cool
At least Wakko had one
random video with the movies singing Wakko’s song
THE LEGEND HIMSELF RETURNS!!! Im so glad i wasnt a day late for this
Of course you have Dorothy Gale saying "Kansas"
But I did love Wayne and Garth saying "Delaware".
I wasn’t expecting this on my birthday but what a great birthday present thank you very much!!
Happy Birthday!!!
FABOO!!!, happy birthday😋
I got my AP Chemistry teacher to play this during class! Everyone loved it.

I cannot tell you how amazing this is and it was so worth the wait, you are very talented
What I always love about every mashup Suspect is how wide the range of movies are featured.
1:38 This Georgia was also used for Georgia in Yakko’s World with movies
Spectacular work from the Suspect, as per. Keep up the great work, man! We appreciate everything you do!

Can we just appreciate how long this takes to make. Talent right there
I'll say.
This video with the hard work put into for the movies & SUPERB editing gets an A+.

Draco's face!🤣 He just looks so disgusted like, "Why do you have me singing this? It's a waste of my time." 😾
Never thought I’d see Home on the range in one of these cinema sings! 1:36

I’m so sorry, but you forgot to put your answer in a form of a question!
I've been waiting for this!
This is one of the most impressive things I’ve seen. Awesome.
Wow, nice job! This was WELL put together!!!
omfg the editing is FLAWLESS
This is so well edited I love it
"You forgot to put your response in the form of a question."
I saw the episode.
A lot of hard work was put in this. Thank you
Listening to this REALLY takes me back.
TRULY liked and enjoyed watching and listening to this!!!
Great video, as always
Holy Crap Dood Good Job On The Editing Of This!!!
I love this video and appreciate the effort and talent that it takes to pull it off! :D Seriously, this must have been an almost Sisyphean task to put together, much less to edit XD
That had to have taken a lot of research and film editing. Extraordinary!
Dude this is absolutely amazing
ok... I give you major cred and upvotes for this. That must of took a hella lot of editing, well done
That was magic! Strong work!!
Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Indianapolis, Indiana, and Columbus is the capitol of Ohi-oh, it's all the same!

The Hateful Eight, Inglorious Basterds, The Silence of the Lambs, The Usual Suspects, Shutter Island, The Shining.
You Made this Animaniacs song even better! Keep doing more "sung by movies" songs!
By the way, I would like you to do a cover of "Blinding Lights"
You should collab with Brock Baker more often.
A long overdue followup. Most excellent!
I can’t put into words how perfect this is
This is a lot of hard work keep up the good work
I love having “Springfield” be from The Simpsons movie and “Salt Lake City” from Orgasmo where Trey Parker played a Mormon 😂
0:31 gonna assume...Newsies?
Yep.
Yep!!! I love Newsies
It was perfect for Simpsons to say Springfield.
I just memorized the lyrics to this song a few weeks ago
It wouldn't be a Usual Suspects video without at least one clip containing Alan Rickman and Anthony Hopkins! And I've been in an Animaniacs phase so this is perfect!!!
This is great, now we have the world and the states song by thr movies. What a time to be alive.
The MICHIGAN killed me
That's was very nice of you!
Mad respect for using Burt Reynolds for Arkansas
Clever editing.
"MŒNTÆNÆ" inspiring words from Eric.
Loved seeing one of my favorite musical films, "Newsies" in that compilation! (Christian Bale as Jack Kelly says 'Santa Fe')
This is amazing
Great job, my dude!
When the world needed him most, he returned
"I've been looking forward to this"
Brooo- shoutout for also having all the little quips in there.
This was a surprise in my recommended videos but I love Animaniacs and this is pretty funny.
Thanks so much for entertaining me.
My favourite sung by the movies video yet
Would you entertain a request for The President’s Song sung by movies?
This is awesome!!!
0:33 elvis is still there if you belive the tabloids
*0:34*
Perfect finish!
I don't know why this makes me so happy but it freaking does exclusion but I also really did not expect to see princess aurorae in here but I loved it
I love the Rocky Horror Picture Show reference at the end but you missed the opportunity to put Frank N Furter in at the part where it said Columbia
That was beautiful.
Nice work here!
It's been a while since you've done a CinemaSings video cause I really enjoy the many different movies you utilize.
Hope you do more CinemaSings on Animaniacs songs and also do a CinemaSings on Call me Maybe, Take on Me, All I Want for Christmas, and Wake me Up Before you Go.
We've got enough "All I want for Christmas" remixes, thank you very much.
@@resikin
Ah, yes. My favorite is "Welcome To The Christmas Parade." 🤓😌👌
Great work man
Of course Springfield would be from The Simpsons
Awesome job!!!!
Rocky Horror at the end is chefs kiss
1:57 Fire ending
these types of videos amaze me. like where do you even begin with compiling all these clips
I like how you did a lil wakko impression for this intro
