Its about differentiating between equity and equality. Also note that the capacity for problem-solving (whether one would focus on solutions or problem) also depends on one's level of critical thinking, not just gender. Not all women need a man, Avram. Similarly, not all men need a woman. Some people prefer gender neutrality and homosexuality is a reality in our world today.

Your aim is to calm your mind which is always distracting you from Knowing your own spirit. The mind is like the ocean and always not calm. It will fight you with unnecessary thoughts and all kinds of distractions but you must still overcome it to see results in your life.

Haven't watched the full video, but the title says it all. Some people are going to sit in judgement of Islam without knowing anything about it. Avram is very eloquent but that don't make him right. Islam empowered women. I want to see Avram debate a scholar of Islam.
This idea of equality is a myth. Men and women are biologically not equal. But we are equal in worship. Whenever Allah talks about believers, He says "mu'umineen" and "mu'uminaat", believing "men" and "women". The Quran says the best amongst you is the one with Taqwa (Consciousness of Allah).
People mistakes Islam's stand against the mixing of the two genders as though Islam oppresses women.

Avraham lack the comon sense i swear, the prophet himself stated clearly in the hadith to beat them lightly. So when the translators use the word lightly, their interpreting it the way the prophet taught. Ibn Abass himself who was a companion even stated that your allowed to beat your wife only with miswak ie toothpaste. Back then i my self use to think how will Allah allowed to beat certain women? But pondering on that i came to conclusion that it made perfect sense. Firstly the verse is not talking about every women but the rebellious ones, secondly you have to follow the process, admonish her. If she didn't listen, secondly, then seperate the bird, if still she didn't listen the beat her. Allah have use three alternatives. Warn her for some times, if she refused to obey, then dont have sexual intercourse with her, why because that will effect her sychlogically, she will think that your having affairs with some women outside that's why you don't bother to have intercourse with her and also don't care about her beauty anymore. That alone can make some women obedient if she really love the man. Because she will fear that someone will snach the husband from her. If all this is in vain then hit her. Which the prophet himself describe the hitting, by beating them lightly. And also the beating should be ones. Avraham said how will an angry man beat husband lightly? Firstly has Allah already gives options before the beating. You have to follow the process. Your not allowed to beat her because she just make you angry. No you have to follow the process. The Question still remain why will Allah allows to beat your wife if all the options didn't work? We're living in the world of reality not in movie. There are some people to make them submissive you have to use violence. That's why in schools sometimes teachers use beating to discipline some students. Because there some student whom if you admonished they will obey. But there are some unless with beating and violence before they will obey. The same with our parents sometimes they use beating and violence on us so that we will obey. So will you call your parent an evil people and lack comon sense because they displane you by beating? The same with government. Sometimes government use violence so that the law of the state will be obey. We can see that most culture and our daily lives globally, sometimes use violence so that law can be followed. As far as is cross culture shows that is not morally wrong to use beating to discipline people. Again not all violence is evil, because sometimes we have to use violence to remove evil from society. Avraham use to say why not divorce her, why is the need to beat her. Lol that is absurdity proposition. It like saying why not the teacher sack the child from the school or why not the parents expelled the child from their home. Yes tha last option is divorce when all the options didn't work. Allah himself said it in the end of the verse. you should divorce her, because if she really love you she would have obeyed one of the options. Avraham now is the guy to defend woman Lol😅 a guy who say he will date a lady and internationally give broken heart and so forth. Avraham is the last person to speak for women. Did Islam really oppress women? Let analyze that. Fistly before the advent of Islam the Arabs use bury their daughter alive, women doesn't receive anything from heritage, and so forth. But when prophet Muhammad came he saved women from burying them alive, he allowed women to take heritage. Infact prophet Muhammad told Muslim to be kind to their mothers three times before the father. He told us that paradise lay in the feet of mothers, he taught that who ever take good care of his daughters and sisters and educate them well, will enter paradise because of that. He taught that whoever sleep with his wife and expose something he didn't not like from her will not inherit paradise. The Quran states that it is not permissible to take back the wealth you have given to your wife. The prophet said the best of you are those who are best to their wifes. Infact the prophet gave women freedom more than anyone in history. No doubt the indian philosopher Rama Krishna rao call prophet Muhammad the emancipater of women.
