Janelle, there is a bottle named Jungle (Jungle something) and it was a gorgeous sandalwood. I sampled it in a hurry but could smell a bubble of delicious sandalwood emanating around me. I am looking forward to you reviewing said offering:) Gracias, Janellita!

Good evening Ladies. Hola Janelle. I started going a little insane after Vanilla week and Haus of Gloi and Nui Cobalt, but I am really trying to engage in Self-Care (translation: no buy) for now. I do succumb but not as much as 1 month ago ;) I still have a few from Nuit Cobalt that I want and other delights from FK Scentology though... but trying to be cognizant of my goal. I absolutely enjoy your reviews Janelle and all the abundant combinations always :)

I get that juicy pear from Black Opium more than the coffee, but I’m like you in that I don’t have a full bottle. I have a dupe from ALT that does well for me, and then I have what I consider a smoother version which is Lucrethia from V Canto. As a scent profile though, I definitely don’t get the hate.
I’ll have to keep an eye on my local Targets to see if I can grab this. Super excited to see how this week continues.
Oohhh, combining this with Ariana Grande's Mod Vanilla or God is a Woman would be!!! 🔥 Just wore Mod Vanilla last night so the Pear 🍐 is still on the jammies!! Lol Target is coming through with these aren't they?!! 🤗
@@janelle-scenttalkfrommycloset 🤯 you know, I think so many people press on the coffee note in Black Opium I hadn't even thought of playing up the pear 🍐. I have Mod Vanilla and love that it's such a strong, sweet pear. And no performance issues at all, which is the only thing that kept me from buying God is a Woman. That would be such a delicious combo.
I don't know if you were able to get Flower Bed, but it seems people are comparing that to Chance Eau Tendre. I struggle with grapefruit as a note, and Chance has that but Flower Bed doesn't. So I'd love to get your thoughts on what comes through for you there.
Funny because it wasn't until Midnight Cafe that I even smelled the coffee note, lol I do have a small sample of the flower bed , so far I can tell it's softer, sweeter and the bamboo note is palpable in the opening. I'll keep exploring before I review.🤗
One of our vendors from work wears The Only One. I LOVE it on her, but I remember trying it about a year and a half ago and not caring for it. Maybe it's time for me to visit Midnight Cafe and smell what I've been missing out on. (BTW, Maluma's brown eyes just slay me! Imma just go ahead and stop the video at 15:54.)
The Only One is one of those types of fragrances that doesn't let me down ever, it's sweet , strong and has such a nice scent bubble!! Midnight Cafe gave me the same experience.🤗 As far as Maluma is concerned, 100 percent slay! 😍 Lol

Theirs also a black opium dupe that’s been out for years that I wanted to try it’s like the essence of it as they call it it’s sorta like midnight cafe. It’s belcam premier editions inspired by black opium has notes of black coffee ,jasmine,vanilla,pepper came out 2014 lot of people say it’s cloying sweet !@@janelle-scenttalkfrommycloset
