Super helpful! How do you recommend the process of reviewing/checking your full lengths? I've seen lots of students use spreadsheets/flashcards, but not sure which is most efficient for retention of what you got wrong or which is just slowing down and tedious.

I actually have a free mini course all about that topic and that includes my practice exam spreadsheet; bremmethod.xperiencify.io/practice-exam-mini-course/order/ Personally, I recommend reviewing exams in a "big picture" mindset, with a focus on strategy and overall trends with how you are missing points. I suggest saving content-related issues for later, rather than spending a lot of time learning the content as you go through each question. It ends up being disjointed that way, so I find it better to just jot down the content that needs review, then organizing it into sections for a later day. Hope this helps!
Hello! Thank you for making this video. Do you recommend working on the Section Banks while timing ourselves? Since they are difficult than normal AAMC MCAT passages, is it better to just work on the passages as practice for accuracy in the section bank? Thank you.
Even though they are challenging, since I recommend students complete these towards the end of their prep, I suggest completing them timed; the timer itself can be a stressor for harder passages, so I like my students to get as much exposure to that stressor as possible! You can always do the passages again untimed to reinforce the skills :)
I teach a lesson in my course, and will put it on my list of topics to film for YT! Short answer - I don't use the equation (it's messy), I instead just work through each half-life (dividing the amount by two). There are some shortcuts that I teach that I can definitely adapt to a YT video!
We'll provide recommendations for when to take the AAMC practice exams throughout the course, and I do AAMC exam reviews on the recommended exams each week! The assistant coaches also helps each student determine when and how much they should use the AAMC Q Packs in their own study plan.
