Hi, I just got mine but can't get the 3d to work. I held down both buttons for 3 seconds but it never works? Do you have to be in an app for it to work or something?
It can be a little finicky to try and activate it via the buttons. Make sure when you are holding down the buttons for 3 secs your fingers are more in the middle of the button.
@411onTech thank you. Do I need to ve using an app to do this though? The rayneo ar app doesn't work and the rayneo xr app, same thing
@@davidp2847 What isn’t working? Is it not playing the file or it just won’t activate 3D. The issue could be that it doesn’t support the 3D format of the file you are trying to play? Is yours side-by-side 3D? You could also try using VLC or MX player on your device and play those files through one of those apps and see if it plays.
Those are really dope one day I'll afford them I used after pay to get my rog. Well my wife did she's the boss.
