Hey mate. Love the content, tips & tricks. You and one or two other YT's are the reason I ordered an HB r1001 a fortnight ago. It should hopefully arrive in Aus in the next week or so... Would love to see a total run down of all upgrades you guys have done, pros/cons, and their relevant links etc. Wouls definitely help those running these rigs. Current YT specific content in this area is certainly not plentiful atm... You mentioned hex extenders for the R1001. Can you please confirm the product details/link? Noob question these will replace the stock plastic hex yeah? They dont piggyback stock ones, do they? Would love to avoid stripping stock ones and give the Beluga 1.0 a wider stance straight off the bat. Thanks in advance. Keep up the great work!!
@@mikek2974 G'day mate 👍. So Glad we could help and thank you for the kind words. That's what we are about on here, to help the non seasoned people out there while we have Fun. Yes have been planning to do exactly that with a bench run down on all upgrades and weak points ( rubbish excuses etc etc ) so will get into gear and will put the HB r1001 on the bench first ( after I ask little boss for permission to touch her truck 🤣) so keep an eye out very soon 😉. We went for straight swap on longer hex and not extenders so ours replaced the originals ( can't remember off top of head what length but will find out and add into bench video). Before running Grease your diffs and portals as they will be dry. Great machine and you won't be disappointed 👍💪👍💪👍. Anything else you want to see ask away as am always working and improving on them and will make sure to record.
