Hey Joe and Danni, thanks for the update on your vacation journey. I see you were able to take in some of the popular tourist attractions, which is great! As you have probably noticed by now, many large cities have a particular food they are famous for so, enjoy the traditions. It is so good you are traveling a US highway (and US-66 is one of the most famous), they give you a chance to see small town Americana from the past plus, present a much more relaxing a pace. As you also noticed, drivers on the Interstate highways are usually interested in getting from point A to point B as quickly as possible. I"m sure some of your Vlog fans along your route would be happy to put you up for the night free of charge. I'm glad you are taking so many pictures, with the amount of things you are doing on this trip, the pictures will come in handy to fill in the gaps in memory of the good times in years to come. I suspect it will take a week to recover once you return home but, enjoy and make best use of your time here! - Cheers!

Ah, Bloomington/Normal. My son spent an exchange year there as part of his American Studies degree back in 2005. I've seen more in your short time there than he brought home after a year away. I think he spent a lot of weekends on that long commute to/from Chicago either by bus or train. Gemini Giant was in Hairy Bikers TV series too. I really enjoy all your videos.
