    This is amazing! Listen to this man if you want to ensure you do not tear or rupture your biceps and or flexors off attempting a muscle up as a beginner! Respect!

      Don Riempp I am still working on it. I will upload a video of it once I get the first strict muscle up. It will take some time with this one unlike my first kipping muscle up. I did that one in 10 workouts over 22 days. There is a vid of that one on my channel.

    is ot ok if i do this after every day 45 min. crossfit? or is better to do these exercises while u are "fresh"?

    • @Jhorne84
      @Jhorne84 5 лет назад

      General rule of thumb is to always perform explosive and power moves first when you are fresh

      @djalecs2790 5 лет назад

      @@Jhorne84 ok logic. but after crossfit i do not feel tired so i spend 20 30 min on pullups dips push ups calisthenics generally. i am not talcking about explosive ones just the normal ones. thanx

      @@djalecs2790 I get what you are saying. 90% of my workout routine is Calisthenics.. I train all my skills (muscle-ups, front/back lever and handstand) at the very start when i am fresh

      @@djalecs2790 Calisthenics is awesome man! I used to do a little cross fit til I screwed up my shoulder doing barbell snatch! To me the reward/risk factor of cross fit isn't worth it, to me of course.
