There is so much potential here but if you keep waiting, this game will die if it hasn’t already
Maxing out the operators in 2 weeks is better than it taking months. The hell. The game gets fun when you're max level because that's when you get everything to use and toy with.

They give you a new cosmetic headpiece and uniform
and the event gives u some lame uniforms, at least the gun skin looks nice.
