I made one by sewing paper straws together into crosses then passing thread through the straws and tying them together. Then I sewed the corners together. I didn't know whether it would work but it did.

Namaste Beautiful Starseed. Thank you for this inspirational video. How does one consciously activate their Merkaba?
You can form the triangle in your mind (third eye area) three times to make the tetrahedron, then form another flipped upside down. Then merge them together to form a merkaba. You place your light body (a little star of light.. you) into the very center and you activate it as you enter. You can travel too if you choose. Namaste 🙏

Hey love, yes I got these from eBay if you search wooden sticks I think you will find them :)
i do this from Sushi Wood Sticks :)
What material can I use to make one? I know you can make it from wood but I have one made of a kind of metal too. What kind of metal is used? Is it cooper??
You can use any material you desire. It will work as long as the surface happy to be glued. Perhaps pick the materials and then shop for a glue that works for those. If you want to use wire/copper/silver etc, you can twist the ends together and even add beads on the tips xx let your inner artist play 😘
