Yes sir. I got similar experience with TATA Steel corporation. Their branch office is not located in Tamilnadu. They are having service in Karnataka and Hyderabad. It may be use full for those who are looking very short time construction of building.
We do have a maintenance problem as after sales , if any troubles coming after few years you cannot do it yourself with local team. You need to call them only for any repair works , which is going to be expensive affair.
It is not for commener , this may be usefull for the rich people who is looking for farm house or on site secondary accommodation .

I just enquired about Tata's Nestudio Home Pricing. It costs aroung 2500 per sqft. Average building cost from scratch is around the same 2500 per sqft price point. This option is not that attractive since this is not a conventional type of construction. If Tata wants to woo people into using this type of construction they will need an attractive price.
