@@masterdentaltechnician1914 yes,i was a bit lazy and i scanned them but there are too many triangles for starters, and now i am stuck on generating the shells for them to get the different cementing spaces. I am going for 0.03. 0.5 and 0.07 for pmma. Also i am trying to design the multi unit angled abutments 17 and 30 degrees. It would be helpful if you can direct me to a specific software to do so. Thanks!
You can use Meshmixer for that. You can use the 12 mm full version of the cylinder to cut it down for your needs. The process of creating a library out of it like I did is quite time consuming and you have to do that in Exocad and Meshmixer. It is too complex to explain here in the comments
I really appreciate this video! I am a prosthodontic and was trying to figure this workflow out for a very long time.... Please select me as the winner for the files!
I put the cement spacer at 0.166 mm and a flat liner surface. When you scan those in you usually have these structures of the TI bases in the bottoms. Some mills don't like that causing too tight of a fit. It's even worse in printing.
Hello Master! Can you make an all-on-X design video without using waxup? I have a question: is this waxup model made of wax or plastic? Is it available or do I have to do it manually first and then design it on the software later? Because there's not always waxup to do it.
I believe what you are asking is to design a Prothesis from a tissue scan only without any references to the implant positions. I believe it's not possible without any kind of idea where the implants are.
@@masterdentaltechnician1914 So for companies that don't share implant library data, is there any way to design individual abutments? For example, in my case, MyQ - Yesimplant from Korea. Thank you expert!
It's hard to tell from the limited information that is provided on their website but it looks like a Nobel clone. I would try different scan bodies from other companies and go with their library/scan body.
Really useful video and thanks for creating this library. It would be good if you could add more scan bodies
Can you tell me which ones ?

Thank you for the video ! is it possible to show how you design the digital cylinders ?
Thank you for watching the video and the question. Do you mean the Temp Cylinder?

Thank you.!!
Hii.. i would love to have the library ... following you from Egypt!!

Very cool. What is the cement spacer in this library for the temp cyliders? I think DESS TiBase is 35ųm

You could do an All On 4 case without a preOp even though it's not recommended. Just print it in PMMA as a try-in
@@masterdentaltechnician1914 Thank you so much!
How could I add another scanbody from another brand?
or could you print those scanbody?
Which ones do you want to add? I can add them for you.
Experts can make a video showing how to create customized designs from suppliers without the connected scanbody and abutment.
