Back day this morning already for me too!! I’ve tried that lat bar in another gym n it’s awesome! I use the lat bar w/handles. Not sure what it’s called but I find it way more effective than straight bar. Great informative video as usual.

Hey Hunter!! Love your workout guide, I’ve done it about 2x now. I’m incorporating pole fitness now as well as cycle but still want to keep lifting! 3 days in the gym is what I’m aiming for! Any ideas on how to balance that out with your program since it’s 5 days? I’ve been trying to do an upper, lower, and full body. Would you ever make a guide for 3 days in the gym???:) love your content so so much!!

Hey! No worries, It sounds like you are trying to access your program through the purchase page instead of your account page. You are able to access your program and the video exercise library through your member account page in the “my programs” and “exercise library” tabs. Go to the upper right side of the site and click the drop down bar, from there you can enter your member account page or even go directly into your programs/library tabs. If you go through your account page you will then see each tab located on the upper left side of your member account page. If you ever have any questions you can email customer service or directly DM me on Instagram and we can help!💪
