Righteous is never a condition. God's timing always is. God blesses the righteous and the unrighteous, and sometimes the wicked seems to be doing better. Remember in Psalms 44, Korah's conversation with God was during a time when Israel was walking with God. So, deliver could be the reward of eternal life and not delivery from the crisis one is in.
