Presentation of the vibratory press ULTRA 2.0. Features and differences of the new model

A new model of the vibratory press of the 2018 model year is Ultra 2.0 with a molding zone of 600 x 400.
This is a new model built on the basis of the already loved and well-deserved model of ULTRA, which will be discontinued in 2017.
Now I will briefly describe the changes in the design:
1) The heart of the vibropress - a new vibration table, an increased power of 4 kW and the ability to adjust the vibration frequency from 50 to 85 Hz.
2) The second feature - the vibrating table is made on the principle of two rigidly synchronized shafts with imbalances and works in an oil bath, which allows to distribute the vibration evenly over the entire table area. Imbalance is completely excluded!
3) A new frame design with a three-fold safety factor, the core 100 pipe is the basis. This frame scheme completely eliminates distortions and kinks during operation. An important indicator is the total weight of 1750 kg!
4) The punch and the matrix move along the 2-mind guide of the increased diameter of 60 mm, which eliminates skew.
5) Bunker for storing the finished mixture of increased volume 0,4 cu. meter, the hopper cutter is set in motion by means of a hydraulic cylinder, in this case, the clogging of the cut-off device is excluded, and hence the extra idle time in operation
6) The loading box rigidly moves on the guides, the drive is a hydraulic cylinder
7) Pallet store with an increased capacity of 10 pallets. The pallets are fed from the storage tank and automatically stacked on a rack of 5 pallets on a single rack.
8) New generation oil plant with a capacity of 4 kW with a warranty of 2 years. All the hydraulics of the Italian production of increased reliability and performance.
9) Modularity is the main principle of ULTRA 2.0 vibratory press. You choose its own set and the characteristics of the vibrating table. From simple equipment for 300 000 rubles to a fully automated line that works without the participation of a person in the machine and with a pallet assembler with finished products.
10) At the moment, more than 90 punch-matrices for the ULTRA 2.0 vibratory press have been developed. (list all the basic, including lego brick and all sorts of unique matrixes)
