how is the reliability of the machine after you had it for a while and did you ment by spiking a axis in your response below and does the tilting axis have problems because in a videos I saw that the tilting head is belt driven
We learned pretty quickly that this machine can't take too much vibration before alarming out. It runs great but being gantry style is a big weak point. Always spiking A axis

This way of making a spur gear will take forever. Can't this gargantuan machine do teeth the regular way?
